explanation:
I can be hard, or maybe not
When "young" it's hard, and some fruits are harder than others
Can be big or very small
Small fruits, like berry, big ones, like water melon
I grow with the years until a certain point
theres a limit
From this point I'll be more spongey
after that they are like sponggey, less hard
May go into different holes or none
May be eaten by different mouths (shared, salad fruit, juice, etc...), or none
what am I?

when it is too young, you can't eat it, it's not ready yet, if it's too old, you may not like it. also everyone has seen 1, i guess, and you porobably have at least 1 at home
