► Ricou Warwick is just below average in size reaching 5'7", yet quite stocky with a plump belly. Although not an intimidating presence for a leader, he makes up for his stature with wealth. The Mayor is balding, his black thin hair is combed over to cover his head in an attempt to mitigate that fact. He has a thick moustache that decorates his round face, coupled with a round nose and brown eyes. The Mayor has low hanging earlobes with a silver earring in left and a ruby one on the right - these earrings have clear chakra properties when observed with some kind of enhanced sense.
Ricou is usually seen wearing quite a formal attire, a coffee coloured waistcoat over a white shirt; on his waistcoat the Mayor wears a brooch of his house. His collar is usually decorated with a different bowtie, a gem probably originating from the Glittering Fields adorning the knot. His dress pants usually match in colour with his waistcoat, though at a darker tone, a leather belt holding them up with a decorated dagger sheathed to his left hip.

► At face value the Mayor seems like a jolly man of the people. He has to truly prepare to makeup for his lack of charisma during a public speech, though it manages to just keep a hold enough to fool the crowds into liking him before he retreats back into his manor. Most of his officials know what he is really like however, a bumbling fool with just enough wealth and smarts to have taken advantage of the nepotism he was afforded by his father.
The Mayor is paranoid and quick to panic. Despite this he still turns a blind eye on the criminal activities in Fulmensakana, purposely not utilising his guards' presence in the city to it's fullest capability. He can quite easy to provoke in regards to his position over the city, angering him makes his skin turn red visibly and he doesn't like to be questioned about his decisions, getting quite stubborn and defensive the more he is pressured against such action.
