History:
As a little kid Rice was born into a poor family. He was never fed enough and was always hungry. He got into the ninja academy though and was able to become a Genin in order to get more money for his family. He wasn't the top if his class but he was not at the bottom. He is training to become a better ninja. He aspires to be a chef when he is too old to be a ninja.
