-Spawning with this post. This is an official challenge to ReXii.

A$AP Rocky exits the bar, having eaten more than enough. He's wearing his signature Christian Dior rave denim jacket and pants, along with a pair of Dior shades, with his hair tied backwards in a small knot. His sunglasses obscure vision of his eyes, and show off his style. On his feet are black AF1 x Vlone nike sneakers, and around his neck are several iced out chains. As he steps out, he sees an enormous commotion with people running through the streets. Passively activating his Byakugan, the dojutsu would be hidden beneath his eye glasses. Walking in the direction of the commotion, the Margiela Madman has a blunt in one hand, taking the occassional pull while telling some outrageous story to some star-struck female. As he arrives at the scene, they only Iine that the other shinobi would hear would be:

"........AND, ON MY MOMS B, WE WAS SLIPPIN ON SEMEN AND SHIT"

Seeing the homies, Kuvira, Genji, and Mcree, Rocky it was on SIGHT for Rocky. AND, seeing these people, he was able to recall that these ninjers were the same ones that he had seen at the bar, on the wanted posters.

Flicking his blunt and making three blazing-fast handseals as he pulls up, the Balenciaga Bandit causes a circular wall of Corium to form five meters around Noctis' location, expanding upwards and inwards as it closes in on the FTG user, reaching a towering height of 15 meters as it closes in from all sides, aiming to smother Noctis in the molten metal and deal massive burning damage. Following up, Rocky would make a single handseal while sweeping his head from left to right, causing a large wave of Suiton chakra to accumulate and release in the form of a powerful severing wave, aiming to deal severe cutting damage to Noctis' neck.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.

To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.

Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Sannin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.

(Shinpiton: Meigo) Corium Release: Dark Hound

Description: This technique allows the user to generate Corium, either through creating the element through their body or by transforming the ground. The shape and amount of Corium created depends solely on the user's imagination, and can be blasts, streams, waves, pillars, etc. The user can create the element through their limbs to enhance their physical blows through its tremendous heat, or use it as a ranged weapon. A supplementary usage of this technique, the user can also generate large bursts of Corium from beneath their bodies, creating a wave that resembles an eruption, that can carry the user at the same speed that they can move, allowing them to get close to deliver attacks or quickly transverse the field.

Description: Corium Release is a molten element that carries through it potent traces of radiation. This radiation, in addition to its intensely high heat and density, causes the element to be extremely deadly even without direct contact, able to create hindering effects on targets simply through proximity (being within short-range of it). The effects of the radiation, outlined below, occurs in every Corium technique, with the effects increases by the amount of Corium created through each rank.

D-C Rank: Proximity to Corium of these ranks causes intense nausea, dizziness and pain, enough to cause the affected to stumble or fumble with their weapons, or mess up the aim of thrown techniques.

B-A Rank: In addition to previous effects, those exposed would become unable to form more than three handseals in a row; will pass out after three turns of sustained exposure due to the compounded stress of the radiation on the body. Due to the strain on the body, the affected target's ability to concentrate and mold chakra deteriorate, resulting in techniques consuming +10 more chakra.

S Rank and above: In addition to previous effects, those exposed would pass out after two turns of sustained exposure, with their tracking speed halved due to the intensity of the effects. The radiation will also make complex movements (Taijutsu A-rank and above) impossible.

Note: Effects from radiation only go into effect after one full turn of being within short-ranged of Corium
Note: Should a target affected by Corium remove exposure(either through leaving short-range of the Corium or removing its presence), effects will wear off after one turn

The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Nidaisengama ) Summoning Technique: The Two Great Sage Toads

Description: One of the elder leaders of the Toads of Myobokuzan, Fukasaku (also known as Pa) is a small toad (somewhat in contrast with the fact that he's older and more powerful than the gigantic Gamabunta) who serves as the main teacher of Sage techniques to Naruto and Jiraya. Possessing a keen intellect, he is a master strategist and an experienced fighter. Shima (also known as Ma) is his wife and acts as his battle partner but also one of the elder leaders in the clan as well. Capable and powerful, Shima matches Fukasaku's battle prowess and share most of his abilities. Both are capable of using Frog Katas and gathering natural energy to temporarily boost their physical strength (if they aren't merged with the user). Both can perform ninjutsu and use Senjutsu Techniques and while Fukasaku can use up to S-Rank Water and Wind techniques, Shima can use up to S-Rank Fire and Wind techniques. Both can use oil techniques, a trait shared amongst most Toads, and some unique techniques known only to toads. Ma and Pa are the only toads that can merge with the user to gather natural energy and transfer it to him, enabling the user to keep sage mode active as long as the Amphibian Mode is kept. The user can summon one or the other, once per battle for each. However, if the user wants to summon both in the same battle, he needs to gather chakra for one turn before they are summoned (the user does the summoning technique and waits one turn for the summoning to be complete, keeping his hands together as he gathers enough chakra to perform the summon). They seem to be constantly infused with natural energy or their sage mode is incredibly durable though they haven't shown the same type of sensory awareness as ninja sage mode users.

Noctis would be stood relaxing before all hell broke loose, it seemed the friendlh fact finding mission was going poorly and it was swiftly becoming an all out brawl with his village and these strangely dressed people.

As one approaches his leader and begins attacking, another would approach noctjs and the two sages. Spouting some kimd of horrid reference to slipping on semen. This was almost as concerning as the build-up chakra sensed via noctis passively activated chakra sensory. It seemed the newcomer was planning to attack him.

Noctis and the toad sages would react the moment they saw the molten liquod burst from the ground. Deducing quickly that the element appeared to be similar to lava, that cooling it could potentially inhibit it's progress. Since Fukasaku can use up to S-Rank Water and Wind techniques and Shima can use up to S-Rank Fire and Wind techniques. The two sages began a combo immediately.

Being careful to adjust the aim of the juts slightly higher in an arc during the circular motion as to avoid striking noctis whom they are stood upon while it passes him. Fukasaku would release a sharp jet of cutting water in a 360 degree wave as Shima released a 360 degree wave of wind creating a very powerful combo attack that would punch through the enemy attack continuing on at the adversary.

Description: After performing a the required hand seals Rat → Snake → Horse → Dog theuser takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The power of this technique can be dramatically enhanced when utilised in conjunction with the effects of extreme suction, such as that generated by the Baku, where the augmented attack proved effective enough to even slice through the defences of a complete Susanoo.

"Toad style! Severe serial waves!" The two sages yelled in unison. While simultaneously Noctis would make a single one handed handseal, while his other hand threw a handful of S/T kunai in a high arc vertically. The single handseal would cause huge webs to shoot from the ground directly beneath his opponent, liquid caramel binding his limbs immediately as it shot up preventing any follow up to the first attack that needed seals, the caramel webs would engulf the man completely wrapping him from head to toe as the high arc kunais descend from above aimed to land aimed to land in a a formation around the opponent each being 5 meters away the 3 kunai form a triangle with one behind him and one to left and right.
With all these actions happening in unison, Noctis and the sages would be intently focused upon their adversary.

This web can be created from any angle on the battle feild, and can be made very stretchy by the user. This caramel shoots up very fast binding the target making them unable to perform handseals. After the target is bound the user can perform one handseal causing the caramel to heat up at great speeds burning the target/targets causing greate damage.

Note: The use can make this web any size they like

As agreed on Discord, the Corium and your toads' attacks would cancel out, leaving nothing coming at Rocky.



The Corium and Wind/Water jutsus would cancel out, leaving a cooled down pile of corium. Rocky, watching with his Byakugan, is able to observe chakra being focused beneath his feet. Realizing that an attack was coming from beneath him, while three kunai were aimed around him, Rocky realized that they were aimed to surround him. Rakim prepared himself by channeling fire chakra all along his clothing. Causing his Dior denim jacket to gain massive strength and burning damage, as the sleeves, and several strings from the back, would extend outwards, tearing through the caramel and incinerating it, as it attempted to wrap around him, the tendrils of cloth would continue outwards, rising upwards to incinerate the kunai as they fly through the air. Not being weakened from any of these interactions, the flaming cloth tendrils would angle back downwards in one fluid movement to spear through the two toads, and Noctis.

Description: A multi-purpose Oversoul technique which stands as an embodiment of the basis of the Oversoul style. By infusing chakra into cloth within the users possession, the user is capable of manipulating it so as to perform various tasks. Cloth can be reinforced with chakra so as to go against piercing or cutting techniques and similarly enhanced so as to likewise pierce or slice an opponent; it can also undergo more traditional usages for restraining and binding purposes, with the range of this technique limited only by the amount of cloth the user has, and how they choose to use it. For instance, the user could unravel thinner pieces of cloths from clothing, allowing smaller amounts of more inconspicuous cloth to traverse longer distances so as to pierce or entangle a target, or could utilise bodily clothing for short ranged purposes such as manipulating sleeve ends to form weapons, or defences. This technique can be utilized with the infusion of one of the basic 5 elemental chakras. In which case, earth will provide a more advanced hardening capability and can also serve to increase weight, Wind will enshroud the cloth in wind chakra, making it sharper and faster (By reducing air resistance and streamlining it), Water will make it more resilient to being ignited, while also making it more damp. Fire and Lightning infusion works by coating the element in the aforementioned elements, as compared to letting the cloth taking the natural elemental effects (e.g putting the cloth on Fire). The effects of having Chakra infused Cloth results in the cloth becoming scorching hot without actually being set on Fire, whilst the Lightning infusion greatly increases cutting abilities as well as making cloth move faster, in the same way Wind does (by reducing air resistance and streamlining it). Noctis and the toad sages would look on as combo cancelled out and the caramel rose to bind the opponent. It was surprising it took so much power to simply stop the opponents attack. It seemed their adversary was quite powerful.

With the caramel rising they would notice the clothes of the opponent seemingly firing out to combat it. The caramel turning black and charred it seemed that a heat based ability was being used to counter the caramel.

With this in mind the moment the cloth breached the caramel the toad sages would fuse via the amphibian technique allowing noctis to instantly enter perfect sage mode. Noctis and the toad sages would look on as combo cancelled out and the caramel rose to bind the opponent. It was surprising it took so much power to simply stop the opponents attack. It seemed their adversary was quite powerful.

With the caramel rising they would notice the clothes of the opponent seemingly firing out to combat it. The caramel turning black and charred it seemed that a heat based ability was being used to counter the caramel.

With this in mind the moment the cloth breached the caramel the toad sages would fuse via the amphibian technique allowing noctis to instantly enter perfect sage mode. Not wasting a single moment, he'd stop fueling chakra into his clothing instantly as it met the water, taking it off as well. Rocky begins to focus massive amounts of Doton chakra into the ground beneath himself. Without a single seal, he would slam his hand on the ground, and cause a large, gigantic stone golem to rise from the earth. In the same time frame, he would augment the Golem's power even further by reinforcing it with a small, skin-tight barrier which would be invisble to the naked eye. Rakim, as this happens, would be made aware that his jacket was ruined after interacting with the water.

"You bitch ass ninja, that jacket was DIOR!"

While he does this, Rocky would duck behind the Golem's right shoulder, bracing himself as the Golem would defend from the gigantic wave of water. Due to the elemental advantage, and boost, Rocky's golem would continue unhindered as it launched a powerful close-fisted-slap at Rakim's opponents with its right arm. As it attacks, Rocky would focus chakra into its eyes, activating his Tenseigan. While his move goes into effect, Rocky would continue observing his opponents and the area at large with his Dojutsu.

Additionally, it also grants the wielder the ability to use Tenseigan Chakra Mode; gaining additional increases in speed, agility and power.
Note: Requires activation (spending move) for Otsutsuki bios but remains active indefinitely afterwards if the user chooses to. After having a complete Otsutsuki bio with Tenseigan for 1 month, user becomes able to switch between both doujutsu without spending a move. User needs to have activated Byakugan before and had it active for 1 full turn.
Note: Toneri is unable to deactivate his upon it's activation. Once a user passes the test for Tonrei, ascending their Byakugan to the Tenseigan, it will be his default dojutsu.

Noctis said with visible confusion as his adversary hit the floor summoning a huge towering golem of earth. Said golem seemed to halt the onslaught of the sticky viscous water. But noctis would not be deterred so easily.

Acting upon the formation of the golem Noctis would hurl a flying thunder god kunai high in to the air, teleporting to it taking the sages with him still on his shoulders as he did so allowing him to deftly avoid the golems attack. The moment he appeared in mid air he would throw another kunai forwards above the golem, while the first kunai would fall to the ground where he had been standing.

Teleporting now to the second thrown kunai along with the sages, Noctis would allow this one to fall from the air. Landing just in front of the golems original direction of facing. Finally a third kunai was thrown hitting the ground directly behind his opponent as Noctis and the sages appeared behind the man. Noctis now holding two incredibly powerful rasengan augmented by his sage mode and his natural mastery being formed nigh instantly he would attempt to drill the rasengan in to the opponents spine simultaneously causing tremendous damage if successfull. From the moment Noctis began to move the sages were not simply idle. Both began croaking in sync preparing a powerful illusion known only to their kind. It would take time to cast however.

The victims will feel themselves trapped within a binding cube held in place by four large toads, paralyzing the targets. While under the Genjutsu, they will be vulnerable to outside attack. The illusionary toads then stab the opponent with their stone swords, stressing the opponent's mind and causing him to take damage.
The Genjutsu's weakness stems from the length of time it takes for the toad's to come into harmony ( this takes one full turn ), and that as a hearing-based Genjutsu, it gives away their location immediately.
Note: This technique can only be used two times per battle.

TL;DR: I agree with Rexii. Continue the fight. Explanation below.

I have a few issues with a lot of what happened with this fight and quote. First and foremost, the sneaky use of Nuclear Volcano is pretty ugly. Intentionally foregoing what you think are the currently present lesser radioactive effects (nausea, dizziness, restrictions on hand seals), up until you want to call out unconsciousness, probably shouldn't be allowed. This wasn't really even a case of Rexii not reading the technique or move, rather it was his belief that he had successfully neutralized the Corium and subsequently its radioactive abilities. So slyly foregoing the effects of a technique up until it is suitable for you is ugly. Whether or not this is allowed isn't fully clear to me. I personally don't think it should be, and want this ruling to reflect that.

But this isn't why Rexii survives. Perfect Toad Sage Mode details its healing and damage resistances: "The user is resistant to damage, reducing 30 damage from all techniques and can heal (for 10 damage per turn) for the duration of this technique." Corium's radioactive effects have no inherent damage over time. So Rexii's body, resistant to 30 damage, should already be immune to these inherently non-damaging effects of Corium. On top of that he heals for 10 damage per turn, which even further negates any of the health drawbacks associated with these radioactive side effects. So I agree there, whether or not the Corium's radioactive product is still present is irrelevant. Rexii's Sage Mode would negate those effects anyway.

So now that I got the actual important stuff out of the way for this check, I do agree with Vex that Corium's radioactive energy is still present going by what I think is the somewhat flawed wording in the Custom Element. My crappy and flawed understanding of physics and chemistry that I got in college (shout out professors that I hated) tells me that heat and radiation are not the same thing. The former is a form of entropy, while the latter is a transfer of particles. But in the case of the latter, radiation gives off heat. So if there is no heat present, then there is no radiation, because heat is a byproduct of radiation. So in my view, you can't lose all heat but keep the radiation. If you lose all heat then there is no radiation left to give off. So I see why Vex differentiates between heat and radiation, but I think it's flawed in how it is presented. But this is just secondary to why I think Rexii is still conscious and healthy anyway.

Noctis now holding two incredibly powerful rasengan augmented by his sage mode and his natural mastery being formed nigh instantly he would attempt to drill the rasengan in to the opponents spine simultaneously causing tremendous damage if successfull. From the moment Noctis began to move the sages were not simply idle. Both began croaking in sync preparing a powerful illusion known only to their kind. It would take time to cast however.

Description: A Genjutsu utilized by Fukasaku and Shima. The Genjutsu affects the opponent by attacking their sense of hearing. By combining their voices into a melody only the two can sing, they can bind the body and mind of the one who hears it. The victims will feel themselves trapped within a binding cube held in place by four large toads, paralyzing the targets. While under the Genjutsu, they will be vulnerable to outside attack. The illusionary toads then stab the opponent with their stone swords, stressing the opponent's mind and causing him to take damage.
The Genjutsu's weakness stems from the length of time it takes for the toad's to come into harmony ( this takes one full turn ), and that as a hearing-based Genjutsu, it gives away their location immediately.
Note: This technique can only be used two times per battle.

A$AP watches closely with his now activated Tenseigan as his opponent deftly avoided the Golem's attack, seemingly possessing a space time ability that allowed him to instantly summon himself to his Kunai or weapons. It was an interesting ability, to say the least, and as he dodged the golem's fist, Rocky would quit focusing his chakra into it. As the man teleported, closer to him, using the same kunai each time, Rocky continued to track his movements, watching for the kunai and then detecting his chakra as he transported himself to the weapon. Thus, as the man and his toads appear holding two incredibly powerful ninjutsu techniques behind him, and his kunai is thrown, Rocky would be ready. Using the incredible reaction time and clarity of perception granted to him by his Dojutsu, he would nigh instantly cause an omni-directional repulsive wave of force to slam into his opponent as they appear, boosted by his monstrous chakra, dispersing the techniques that he was attempting to hit Rocky with, and sending him and his summons crashing away to mid range with near-fatal force. Rocky's attack would repel the thrown kunai, the two toad sages, as well as Noctis himself all at the same time. Throughout the course of his move, Rocky would be observing his opponent with his Tenseigan

As the technique is used, Rocky would make a quick hand seal. Splitting his chakra in half, he would create a single clone of himself that would materialize directly next to Rocky. The clone, referred to as Margiela Madman, would stand close to Rocky.

He can't, however, do any technique while he is sustaining it and he can only sustain it for 2 turns. Once used, takes one turn cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
The Second form is much more dangerous than the former. The offensive power in this size is severe, sending opponents flying backwards with enough force to, if not defended properly, leave near fatal physical damage. Although not directly fatal, the technique boasts a physical damage of 80. If the user focuses this ability through one or both hands, he can push away a specific target or technique alone, instead of producing the normal omni-repulsive wave. Once used, takes 2 turns cool down to use gravitational related techniques again.
Note: This technique is immune to normal Elemental Weaknesses and Strengths and as such can't be blocked or stopped. However, the enemies can still use techniques that prevent or reduce physical damage to their bodies to survive its effects or escape its range through a fast enough technique. This means that in the large scale, while the technique can't be stopped or directly countered, enemies can still manage to survive if the logically counter.

(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the original with Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan or normal Chakra Sensing. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones.

TL;DR: I agree with Vex. Continue the fight; explanation below.

I'll make it short and sweet cause I'm tired. The Toad Confrontation Chant is pretty clear in how it works, taking one full turn before its effects activate. Vex is correct in that a full turn means one turn after you post the move. So the genjutsu would be an issue for Vex in Rexii's following move. Pretty trashy Genjutsu, frankly. The most important point here is that, strangely enough, this seems to really be about Vex's previous move. And on that note, Vex is correct that since Rexii already replied, he accepted the circumstances in the move which allows Vex this freedom. Although, I agree with Vex that he still would have a line of sight with his opponent despite the Golem. This is because, while the Tenseigan sheds its omnidrectional and distanced vision, it can still have some clarity (much like the Sharingan) in viewing chakra. It's not that you lose ALL enhanced vision, you just lose what makes the Byakugan special above other Doujutsu in that aspect. So to some extent, Vex will still have the ability to see through physical obstacles much like how the Sharingan can do this, albeit to a very limited extent compared to its Byakugan state (thanks Kishi, sick decision making with your Doujutsu). But like I said above, none of this really matters since Rexii is essentially quoting a move made previously in the fight.

Important to note is that this is strike two for this fight. The next quote will end the fight, with me deciding the winner.

Noctis would appear with the toad sages, thrusting both the rasengan forwards attempting to strike the man but his rasengan would stop short of the target as the wave of force struck forwards. Feeling the incredible resistance on the rasengan as they were the first things struck, Noctis would realise the danger he was in.

In reaction to this event Noctis would immediately teleport away before the wave reached his actual body, taking both toad sages with him he exited the fight teleporting back to a landmark his kage had left a kunai in for him earlier.

(Hiraishin no Jutsu) - Flying Thunder God Technique

Description: A complex Space Time Ninjutsu technique, the Flying Thunder God Technique works almost as a summoning technique. The user basically teleports himself to the location of a given seal mark. This seal mark is place by the ( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique and can be placed in anything. Normally used in special kunais, thrown by the user, the technique can also be used to teleport to any thing marked with the tag. The technique is not a movement technique but rather simply a pure teleport technique.
Note: Only Minato and Tobirama bios can use this jutsu. It is unavoidable unless with space/time ninjutsu and can only be used 4 times per battle
