Well basically you combine water and wind chakra, Using the wind chakra to cool down the water and forming it in to solid ice, Its basically a tangible variant of water created by members of the yuki clan or manipulated my members of yukigakure, Of course im a yuki clan member meaning i can actually create the ice from base elements.

Well its strong against fire of a certain rank due to its dense nature and the water components of the release, Its also strong against some earth jutsu but not all of them, Its weak against lightning because of the piercing nature of the release and its fairly neutral to wind it would be strong against vortexes or bullets but weaker against a slicing wind technique i believe due to the nature of ice and the fact its main weakness is slicing and piercing due to the ice being shattered.
Weak to: Earth and Lightning and combinations of both. Earth shatters it and Lightning cuts through it. Sound can also be effective against dense crystalline Ice formations. Fire is neutral to Ice, meaning that it plays against it with equal ranks. Fire melts Ice, producing water which douses the fire in the process, working as a double edged sword that composes its neutrality.
Strong to: Water and Wind. Water is very weak (double weakness) towards Ice while Wind only decreases its temperature.

Well basically this ones quite a simple one, You use your wind and water chakra in a style similar to the basic water technique to make small tools of ice release if your a yuki like me, you can also make it snow if your a fake yuki xd

I kind of think of this like the hidden mist nail technique, Basically release a flurry of small fast moving projectiles also similar to chidori needles, The bonus being you can change the direction so if an opponent dodges they can be quickly redirected.

Pretty basic technique used by every game anime manga and film in recent history, You manipulate the wind and water chakra in the air and the floor around your opponent and form it in to a prison of ice trapping them inside, Kind of same principle as gushing water imprisonment, But the ice version? xd
