"revolutionary army leader" figure... In the manga

I believe that in the manga if there was to be a "Revolutionary" figure someone who would've led a revolution against the current 5 nations (for good of course) it would've been this orange-haired guy:

Hanzo already saw his influence grow within people and Yahiko had already started conversing with other countries. Not to mention that he was young as hell at that time.. it was truly a threatening force.


So what i'm trying to say is , if Naruto wasn't about Villages vs Akatsuki or criminals.. and that if there was a third party like One piece's revolutionary army, questioning the world and the current system... The leader of that third faction could've been Yahiko.
