Under the NB Members' Guild Act Section 5 - Paragraph 7, signed by Versuvio himself in 2008 and supervised by Zise on his SuPeRCoMpUtEr, I, the OG Narutobase Member, hereby claim absolute power and control over this site on the basis of 1 year absence of the big V. @Avani will be 2nd in command. Everything from here on and out will go through us and you shall expect at least 2.5 million new members within next week, with another 10 million the week after

However, the NB Members' Guild Act Section 5 - Paragraph 8 states that Versuvio has 3 days to reclaim this site as the rightful owner. Or, if Zise shows up to claim absolute power in his stead as New Ruler of NB as per NB Members' Guild Act Section 5 - Paragraph 9, he can do so.

We will respect those amendments and wait those 3 days, but for the duration of it, I will activate NB Heightened Alert Level 4, which grants Ira (Avani) the power to insta-ban anyone without question or reason... If neither shows up in time, the REVOLUTION will begin
