[Discussion] Review of Sasuke Uchiha! Stronger than Madara at age of 16?

Hey All,

First of all let me say that I'm not a fan of Sasuke, but I just wanted to recap his skill level really quickly. A lot of people think Sasuke needs a power up or is too weak to challenge out anyone right now, but I mean let's get into details here. (Forgive me if I missed anything, feel free to add!)

Sasuke is 16 years old now. More recently:

Defeated:
Deidara, Orochimaru, Danzo and Itachi (given Itachi let Sasuke win)

Honorable mentions (have fought and survived):
Kakashi, Killer Bee, Mei Mizukage, Onoki

All whom are which S-rank/Kage level..

His arsenal includes:

• Very strategic and tactical fighting abilities
• EMS : Amaterasu, Susano, Tsukyomi
• Advanced Lighting Jutsu: Chidori+sword technique, Kirin
• Advanced Fire Jutsu: Great fireball techniques, great dragon fire techniue
• Sannin-Snake Techniques: Fast regenerative abilities, Orochimaru's body replacement Jutsu, Summonings

I mean.. looking at all of this, Sasuke is actually a crazy genius. He's 16! I'm sure not even Madara at his age was as powerful as Sasuke is now, and if you think so, please provide me with proof.

All in all, I think Sasuke and his team (Jugo Suigetsu and Oro) excluding the Edo kages, are more than capable of holding thier own.

I don't think it's been confirmed that he has the Yata mirror or sword of Totsuka, also there's a lot of stuff you've exaggerated here.

But Sasuke is certainly strong for his age.

You can compare Sasuke to Naruto in the way that they both are super strong, super young, and have already surpassed most everyone in the world in power. They will end up being the strongest two ninja in history. But I dont know if Sasuke is at Madara level yet.... just like I dont believe Naruto is on the same level as Hashi.

Sasuke does not have the curse mark anymore meaning no snake abilities.He just has one summoning.
He didn't show the yata and totsuka yet.So you can't count them in his arsenal.

You're right, it is unconfirmed if he has the yata or sword of totsuka, but how can you say that Oro spanks Sasuke? Maybe before when Sasuke didn't have EMS.. but I wouldn't say that now. Sasuke would def put up a fight

Haha yeah I agree that as of right now, Madara > Sasuke. Madara is the original bad*ss of the Uchihas, the originator, OG, war veteran and on top of that is now immortal and godlike

I'm just saying, at the age of 16, Sasuke has a pretty crazy resume. Although we don't know how strong Madara was at 16, if Madara was stronger that would mean he had to better everything Sasuke has accomplished up to this point. And that would be crazy impressive.

Sasuke lacks the years of battle experience that Madara has experienced; not to mention in my opinion battling someone and surviving is something i wouldn't chalk up as a win or a loss, but rather a draw since there isn't a clear winner.

And in all of those battles that the OP had mentioned, its clear that Sasuke would have lost if his comrades had not intervened.

Sasuke vs Bee = Had Karin and juugo not healed him he would be dead from Killer Bee.

its the same for Naruto vs Pain, had hinata not intervened Naruto would have been captured by pain

they both have shown potential in going toe to toe with the super notorious S ranked ninja, but can never completely shut out their opponents without some assistance.

Yes, I've stated this over and over. Sasuke is by far the most talented shinobi in the entire show. He is also Kishi's favorite. Even Itachi doesn't beat him in talent, although when it comes to knowledge he was better.

But talent for ninjutsu: Sasuke is over lvl 9000

Sasuke hatred drives his opponents to higher levels of butthurt. That's his #1 ability.

Well, he's most certainly not stronger than peak Madara. However, since big M got his EMS later on in his life, I agree that 16 years old Sasuke can beat 16 years old Madara.

first it was sakura vs madara
and now sasuke
at the moment i might want to to go with sasuke, but i don't know enough about 16 year old madara. people in that time were really strong, so for all we know 16 year old madara fought things beyond anything sasuke ahs faced. maybe there were some legends like kakashi back then?
