Reversing the Sharingans Blindness

Can a Sharingan blindness be reverted with a new host?
Allow me to explain myself with this example

As we all know Madara went fully blind.
Lets suppose Izuna survived and agreed to exchange eyes with Madara so they can both achieve EMS

Will Izuna be able to see or hed just be blind?

Izuna and madara would both have achieved EMS.

Going by the manga, MS blindness can only be cured by upgrading the eyes to EMS, otherwise they remain blind. (e.g. kakashi's blind MS would remain blind if that eye is transferred to tenten)

He was able to locate and walk over to Sasuke. He wasn't blind. Itachi also said himself he isn't a sensor.

You can reverse it by re-kindling the light. Madara pretty much went blind and took Izuna's eyes and was fine. Or something..

That doesn't necessarily prove he could see. Sasuke charged Itachi, fell on his ass right in front of him, and Itachi proceeded from there.

Before thar they were talking, so Itachi knowing his location isn't farfetched.

Also, when Orochimaru emerged in Hydra, Itachi clearly said it feels like Orochimaru's Hydra technique. Implying he already knew about it. I'm wondering why he said it feels like Hydra, when he's looking right at it and should clearly see that it is Hydra.

Seriously though, obviously he would be able to see, as he would have created an EMS. When achieving EMS, it directly cancels any and all blindness that they eye had plus granting it eternal light.

As to whether or not MS users can simply swap eyes and both achieve EMS.... the manga is not clear. The manga has different statements and pictures where some imply the process is an exchange while others imply its a fusion of eyes. Its more logical to assume its a simple exchange, but the events of the manga and some evidence in the manga itself imply its a fusion.
