"Reversed"

i noticed how back when Sasuke and Naruto fought after Sasuke killed Danzo Naruto pointed out that their roles could have been "Reversed" say this had happened how different would the story be? any ideas?

Well... Same storyline except we'd have a blondie trying to eradicate the hidden leaf village and an Uchiha fighting on the front lines to protect it... Other than Itachi of course.
