I think it'd be pretty cool if someone watched shippuden first then the original series.

The way part 1 built up to everything that happened in part 2 is actually beautiful.

It's like watch fate stay night then fate zero. which is how it's suppose to be but I did the opposite on that.

Uhm.. I watched Shippuuden before "Part 1".
And I couldn't stand Part 1, the anime-artwork is crap and the plot wasn't really impressive to me either, except the Zabuza/Haku fight maybe.

I could understand that. Older quality and less epic than shippuden & then when I think about it, shippuden kind of does spoil a lot of major events in part 1.

It's just that Shippuuden is much darker and more mature, than the first part. And I like that a lot more than comedy, which had the upper hand in Part 1, if I remember correctly. Of course not all the time, but a lot more than in Shippuuden.

Watching part two then part one is like a spoiler, you know the most important events that happened, you will know sasuke joined orochimaru, itachi negging the characters he negged, hiruzen dying, etc I'd prefer watching boushin then shippuden 10 times out of 10 coz I will be hyped all through, plus part 1 was awesome
