Reverse Summoning Idea

no he cant, he couldn't warp in minato when he was warping on impact. Summoning uses time-space jutsu to move summons around. So its fast enought.

The main problem with this idea is when would the other guy know when to summon naruto. They would have to communcate somehow, maybe some telepatic link can help here.

well, Shukaku already has telepathic communications with almost everybody (including Naruto), so there we go.

and if he got reverse-summoned in the middle of extraction, I wonder what would happen to him then...

ummm yeah he couldn't warp the yellow flash because he used a teleportation jutsu himself so there is no delay
however, naruto can't teleport, he's just fast and for a summon you still need hand seals, not to mention communication would also take a second or two
Madara would have plenty of time

Well- That OP would work, but I am sure that Madara, who has been planning this for years would think of a way around that by using a contract seal or something.
