Kaguya looked like she was in a trance, as if she was saying "whoa". The is also the fact that she was smiling on the next page. The context is pretty obvious.

The whole point of that jutsu was to create an opening, but I laughed my a$$ off to see Naruto use THAT jutsu out of all the options lol I found it hilarious but immature kids think otherwise .

And also, I think Naruto was skilled enough in his analytical abilities ( which he has grown quite better at, if I might say so, ) and knew that she had never had a man. So he did the only possible thing he could think of....
