Who do you think is really Toby? I heard theories according to he could be Obito. But this is impossible. This theory was disconfirmed in the Naruto's birth episodes, when Kushina told him all what happend, where are shown to us teenager Kakashi and Gai and in other frame Minato fighting Toby who is already grown up.

So after this who could he be?
