Honestly they don't come across as that well oiled of a team off first appearances. Also really disappointed in their debut opponent, Pinkbeard. Regardless of right or wrong people generally make first impressions on strong characters based on who they beat and debuting the four of them teaming up to take down someone lower than Mocktown Bellamy seems like a waste or a disservice.

Pinkbeard is just a subordinate of a yonkou just like when Rockstar of Shanks’ group was first introduced when sending a message to another Yonkou, Whitebeard.
It’s just a set up or a message being sent by beating up a yonkou’s subordinate the “shoot the messenger” type of deal, so of course Blackbeard will take not of this.

But their appearance is greatly underwhelming and I felt the same way when Ivo was first introduced. Seems like Sabo and Kuma are the only crew members with that type of “presence.”
