[Predictions] Returning Characters

There's a lot of characters we have yet to see post-skip, and we all know that Oda never forgets a character, no matter how minor. So, I'm wondering - what characters do you think will show up after the time-skip, and what will they be like? Personally, I'm expecting to see Crocodile, Moriah, and the old CP9, though I can't really say how soon. Croc will probably get a buff, Moriah will stay a chump, and CP9 could get up to a lot of stuff, now that they're out of the government. I wonder where Lucci's intending to go, since his whole morality was built on the World Government.

We'll obviously be seeing the Shichibukai we haven't seen for a while - Buggy, Mihawk, Hancock - but I'm more wondering what minor characters are going to come back. Maybe we'll see someone like Kuro after however many years.

I want to see Lucci and the rest of the CP9 members (chasing after Spandam) again & definitely Garp/Enel/Coby/Crocodile. I would also like to see Dragon after the end of this current arc

Charachters I would like to see returned:
Crocodile, Mr. 1, Shanks, Mihawk, Coby (Want to really see him in action in the manga), T-Bone or something, Garp, definitely Kuro, Marco, Buggy, Celestial dragon charlos.

And I am more excited to see Rob Lucci back, It would be amazing.

Crocodile, Daz Bones, Ivankov, Inazuma, Dragon, Blackbeard & co, The Ex Whitebeard Pirates, Shanks & co, Borsalino, Sengoku, Garp, Coby, Helmeppo, The Shichibukai (Buggy, Mihawk, Hancock, "Kuma"), Nefertari family, servicemen and Gedatsu (he serves them now, look at his coverstory)

I'd like to see Don Krieg return, he's meant to have aimed for the New World and could be the son of Don Chinjao and the father of Don Sai and Boo, they look similar to him

Enel will probably(hopefully) return

I hope we see more of Bon Clay, Magellan and Hannyabal but I find it hard to imagine the wardens being reimplemented in an arc outside of Impel Down

I want to see moria in his strong form like the time he challenged kaido , i am sure he realized that he needs to become powerful again after he got a beating from pacifistas and doffy !
Just like when luffy got stronger when he got defeated by CP9 !

Talking about CP9 i want to see kaku and lucci !

Enel i believe will appear later when the characters are stronger , he will probably come down to earth riding some aliens and shit lol

Corcodile would be fun to see but then again he was badass before there is not alot of space for improvment.

I want to see the guy who fought sanji at baratie that guy was stronger than sanji he has a great potential if he survived the poison that is !
