Madara arc is way better than pain. Lol at the people who think pain/nagato was a better villain than madara. In fact obito is better than pain.

Pein Arc>War Arc.

Why? Pein had a very well written character, and he was probably the most human character out of all of them. Pein had a soul, he knew what he had to do. He never wavered at all. The War Arc was just a load of shit, most of Madara's time during the War bored me, because I knew he would either get close to or achieve his goal, and then he'd be cut out of the picture. Pein was so much more interesting than Madara.

It may have had a shitty ending but Madara's Arc was a stale ass repeat of Obito's (which was also bad)

Obito became Juubi Jin, Madz became Juubi Jin
Obito set up IT, Madz activated IT
Obito was revealed as Madz b*tch, Madz was revealed as Zetsu's b*tch
Obito was TNJ'd, Madara was ?????

Watching his arc felt like i watched the same movie twice.

So? The TNJ was the best option, and it worked so well. Pein was more of a misunderstood hero than any other villain Naruto has ever seen. Madara is just another generic 'I want a perfect world' villain.

You said pain never wavered. I'm telling you he did. Ok isn't pain the exact same. Idealistic guy who wants a perfect world but the way to achieve the perfect world is the only thing that differs between the two, plus their back story. Madara's actions are more understandable that's why imo he's the better villain.

My question about the madara vs Naruto and sasuke fight.

No matter how you put it they lost and let the world get solo'd.
Yeah sasuke sliced him, yeah gai kicked him in half, yeah Naruto hit him with a lava rasenshiruken etc.

But at the end of the day, they couldn't protect the world.
