The prince is watching a woman get a spider tattoo, this pretty much confirms that we will have the spiders in this arc. But contacting the prince who has the most scarlet eyes is a plan Chrollo would come up with to find Kurapika. So who knows he might make his return.

I think its pretty obvious. The girl getting the spider tattoo is Pakunodas replacement...In order for a vacancy to be filled the boss must pick a new member. This means that either the Prince is the new boss of the Troupe or that Chrollo has returned. Both would be epic. Seeing as how the tattoo is being done in front of the Prince I'm leaning towards him being the new temporary leader of the Troupe.
