Hi everbody!
I've been thinking lately about what Kishi might have retconned throughout the story, and if he might have changed his mind about certain events.
To clarify: one of the more recurring topics on this forum is "who is the strongest Hokage". Usually dealing with a Hashirama vs Hiruzen scenario. My question to that is - Do you think Kishi first said that Hiruzen was the strongest, and later changed it? Or did he always plan on hyping Hashirama to serve as a foil to Madara later on in the story?
Also, about Itachi purging the entire clan - Do you Kishi always had the coup in mind? It seems odd to me that Itachi would destroy the entire clan (one of the strongest single handedly), spare Sasuke and then tell him, his only brother whom he apparently loves more than the entire village, to live his life full of hatred. I mean, that doesn't really sound like Itachi, does it?
What do you think of all this? Do you have anything in mind as well?
