So I checked the rules for leg weights and it gives a list of specific canon Kg and characters it cannot be on but it says nothing about my Guren bio. I'm gonna ask Cali to be sure. Won leg weights here:

Mashiro see's Her sensei, hey Cass been a while. You want me to cover my body how devious of you sensei. Mashiro begins to strip revealing her undergarments while bouncing about singing in her head. She proceeds to slide into the Mean green machine, and it fit like a glove.

I'm ready now watch me! she proceeds to begin running while talking. Well leg weights are a form of leg training, an old school method which is used to increase the bodies capacity. Once removed these weights will not hinder and this will allow faster speeds(doubled running speed) and stronger kicks. Now when Lee had shown using the leg weights it was also a way of gaining the speed needed to prepare his body for EIG, specifically the hidden lotus. It's like there is conditions for conditions these days. Now onto the jumpsuit how do I look? As my boobs bounce and glisten from running, they should look amazing popping into view from the slit in the neck line.

Edit: forgot the taijutsu part which is using your body to combat an enemy be it physical natured attacks or grappling natured. Taijutsu is an extension of fighting which allows your body to reach new levels of body, mind and soul.

Walks over to the tree.
I don't like you. Yeah you the tall one. No not you skinny tree sit back down.

She begins throwing a few jabs at the tree trunk to loosen up then begins to rock out some steady waist high kicks. She proceeds to switch up her stances every so often as to not become to accustomed to the same thing. Going back and fourth between left and right hands and kicks. Knowing full well she was going to need to take a bath later as the stink was beginning to bother her eyes.

Take that, and this, how bout some of these. Tree didn't know who it was messin with.

After about fifty kicks to the trunk and a few good punches Mashiro smiles happily knowing she just kicked it's ass. At the end of the last kick Mashiro flips into the air and drops down from above with a super axe kick that reigns down her full force.

Ahh sensei tree's don't hit back should I be nervous?
Looking up at the top of the tree's she spots a burst and tries dancing and prancing about to capture it. She flails about like a mad woman during that time of the month.

Very good, now with that take these weights that I just summoned, currently they have no massive weight attached to them, all I want you to do is put them on and do a few kicks, there is a minor weight obviously nothing life changing but tell me if you feel a different or not.

Mashiro proceeds to sit down and strap the weights to both legs. As they clang about Mashiro gets them securely in place. Doesnt feel to bad. Now to kick some Ass! walking over to a stump she begins to rattle off some kicks which have a slightly different sound then usual. Likely because of the metal that is now attached to both legs. She then proceeds to switch hit and use the other leg. Its feeling pretty good Sensei!

Okay. Good, I performs one seal and it increases each weight by 20Kg. Now, try and do the same thing again with the weights weighing as much as they do.

Noticing the clear difference in weight. Mashiro did not want to embarrass herself to much. She struggled to lift her leg. Slowly she began to move it as needed but nowhere near how freely she would like. Ugh this could take a while sensei. I will have to keep working to accomplish what you would like accomplished. she began performing different strenuous exercises to loosen up and try to become slightly more accustomed to the weight.

Mashiro arrives back at the training grounds. She looks to be sweating a little like she came from a workout or something. Her glutes and legs looked like they were in tip top shape. Senseiiiiii it's me I have returned! This process was entirely to long I feel burnt out like I need a vacation. Can you bring me to the hot springs at Konoha Hokage sama? Mashiro begins fixing her hair and white jumpsuit, as she watches Castiel roll up in a new suit. Such a dapper man with pretty impressive style.

Let's just say it was fun. Having some fights and doing some training's. I no longer possess any flabby spots around my hips. See!
While it was quite the task fighting with extra weight attached to me. Likely it would be the same as being pregnant for most women hahahaha!
How about you how are the Kangaroo's doing Castiel? Have you been feeding Jack?

Everything is swell! Alright, so take the weights off. And in detail do the same thing you did before thinking of creative combos in attacking that tree, but only using your legs and the newly attained speed you will have when you take them off.

Mashiro removes the weights as they crash to the ground. She dashes at the clone with her shield in her left hand butted up against her shoulder. She drives the shield into the clones face. Following it up with a upward rising right knee to the chin. The clone disperses, with some smoot.
Mission accomplished! she looks back at Castiel with her right arm extended behind her giving the thumbs up, and a smile.
