No, you can't use zombie Nagato's rinnegan, once you pull his eyes out, they would just crumble... and Nagato would just grow new eyes.
Also he can't resurrect himself, he could if he would be reanimated right after his death... just search for the threads "Why didn't Nagato ress Yahiko" "Why didn't Nagato bring back Jyraia" it is all explained there.

what if kabuto ordered nagato to bring himself and itachi back for real for real?

the only reason they're not fighting is prob because kabuto wants to use their sharingan and rinnegan to control the juubi over madara or possibly foil the moons eye plan.

meaning--- their rinnegan and sharingan work---as in theyre not just for show----as in they do more than break the ice---- "Your eyes are fascinating! What color were your parents? I have a cousin whose eyes are half blue half green...."
