I'd assume so, yes, but as I said, only Scorps can give you those. He might ask you some questions relating to Konan and her techniques and what not, good luck. xd

If it's auto, you'd only get up to A or B. You have to be S-class to use S-ranked jutsu.

I'm also pretty sure, that Scorps gives some sort of written test about her powers. Don't quote me on that, but I'm pretty sure he does.
