Madara still wins .Madara summons TTB branch ,charges quad Juubidama and fires them. Hashirama tries to redirect it with jokai kotan but Madara overpowers or naturalize it with his superior Jokai kotan thus Hashirama dies .
if Madara can use Mouktun constructs like wood golem and Buddha ,possible since yamato enhanced spiral zetsu made his own buddha ,then it is obviously not debatable .

That's a good point. Maybe if the fight between Madara vs Naruto and Sasuke kept going he probably would've used SS or mokujin.
