Well logically speaking he was the one holding up the bubble map. As such he is confirmed to be placed alongside Inoichi and Shikaku when the blast hit.


The only unknowns would be Mabui, Iruka (onl the island), Aoba...well he's not dead..NEVER..., and that's about it.

Though I'd say Mabui is likely dead.

Mabui. She has a different Teleportation jutsu. However, hers' can only transport inanimate objects.
If your body isn't strong enough like 3rd Raikage's or you don't have Tsunade's jutsu or 'A' then your body would be torn to shreds and you would die. So if she tried to teleport anybody at HQ during the blast they would have died anyway cuz their bodies weren't strong enough to withstand her teleportation.

correction: it was 'made' to teleport inanimate objects , not humans, but it still could .
