The day was bleak, a bore at best. Nothing to do, no tourists, visitors, or even locals. Harbor Island was long since abandoned due to the previous war, the town was empty, plates and meals still on the dinner table, forever frozen in time. Stiles sighs in absolute dismay, until he notices a figure acrosd the water. His eyes shimmer in the bright light as the iris of his eyes pierce the man's soul. Standing up in a form with exceptional posture, he trots over to the end of his section of land.
"Oh, would you look at that. You are?"

Ever since he was about 12 years old, Neji would often visit the Harbor Islands in memory of his late uncle who died there during the 3rd Shinobi World War. Coming for the Land of Waves, he would row his small canoe through the narrow, crystal-clear creek. After about a few minutes of rowing into the island, Neji leaps out and soon settles himself near the riverbed in an attempt to meditate & mourn. However, about ten minutes in, Neji gets the feeling that someone is watching him in the distance. Just to make sure, he begins channeling a mass amount of his chakra into both of his eyes. After a moment passes afterwards, Neji can feel his veins bulging from his temples, secretly activating his Byakugan.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

Smiling at his silence, Stiles suddenly disperses into a flurry of ice shards, only to reappear five feet behind him. His arms were folded and his left foot tapped relentlessly, clearly boredom got the best of him. His eyes narrowed and his throat opened up, letting out a grim sounding tone.
"How would you like to die?"
Don't freak out, the dispersing thing was merely cosmetic.
Still meditating, Neji 'sees' the stranger break apart into many pieces ice in a rather cool & unusual fashion, before appearing behind him. The Hyuga smirks when the odd stranger asks him a question, just as strange. Keeping his cool, Neji opens his eyes but continues to look straight forward at the large current of water that flows before him.
"What was that? How about you step up a bit closer so I can actually hear you." As he's saying this, Neji raises his left hand to simply scratch his head.

Smiling a sinister, sheepish smiles, Stiles extends his hands and points at the boy with his right index finger. Now, a strong illusion would engulf him, subsequently hightening his sensitivity to pain by three fold, just a mere punch would feel as if his bones broke, blood vessels were popped, one could imagine how he would feel if he was impaled. His eyes dart around the quiet area, before resting upon his prey.
"I repeat, how, would you like to die?"

As Neji is scratching his head & listening to this eerie stranger talk rather boldly, he notices something strange. With his Byakugan, the Hyuga sees his chakra running through his arm change from a smooth flow, to a flickering mess of blue energy. He thinks to himself a bit, ~Genjutsu...~ Still meditating and pretending not to notice anything, Neji smiles again. "That's what I thought you said." Without warning, he immediately begins to channel a lot of his chakra into all 361 tenketsu. Right after, Neji then erupts it out of his whole tenketsu with great pressure and blasts the stranger back 5 meters, into a nearby rock formation. After doing so, Neji quickly brings his flow to a complete halt. He then applies even more chakra, breaking out of the genjutsu. "You know, if you're gonna use genjutsu on a Hyuga, also know that these eyes of ours can easily detect it.." Neji stands up, faces towards his new adversary and gets into his Gentle Fist stance.

Smiling sinisterly, Stiles rises, regaining his former posture as he dusts himself off. Just before the blast hit him, he focused a good amount of chakra through his skin, effectively, rocks begin to emerge to shield him from the upcoming blast. The look in his eyes was full of killing intent, every thought running through his involved his opponent's body completely mutilated. Clasping his hands, he does a mocking bow as a sign of complete disrespect. Slowly bringing his head upward, his blue eyes pierce the man's soul with his determined gaze.
"The Hyuuga? Oh, that makes it way more interesting. Now that i'm aware of your clan, you should also know i'm familiar with your abilities, such as the Gentle Fist. Now before I completely, and ruthlessly slaughter you, would you mind giving me your name?"

Neji's smirk soon turns into a stern stare. "You sure are bold, aren't you?" The Hyuga didn't take the bowing too kindly, and in return, Neji forces up a wad of spit and expectorates it towards the top of the stranger's shoes. "You don't need to know my name, because this encounter's not gonna last long. Make your move, plebian."

Laughing to himself almost silently, Stiles does a sudden back flip consisting of two full spins, before landing on a pillar of rock and rubble, one which was specifically created for his use. Upon standing on the pillar, he views his surroundings, taking advantage of the enviornment was always a perk of his. Opening his mouth, he forms the snake seal and emits a large spear of violent lightning from his mouth. It races in a linear path and if it goes uncountered, it would shred through his opponent's body like a knife would do to hot butter.

Watching his opponent leap onto a pillar, followed by an attack of pure lightning, Neji begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up up a sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra and uses nature manipulation to create futon.
When Neji is finished building up his wind chakra, he channels the wind to his index & middle finger on his right hand; and before the lightning spear would reach, he points his two fingers towards it & uses shape manipulation to create a long blade that extends outward to collide with the spear and they cancel out.

Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Smiling at the dismay, Stiles cocks his head to side and goes into an observant like state. He analyzes his fighting style, which in turn should very well be the specialization of close quater combat. Kneading chakra within his mouth, he spits a pile of muck, rubble, and rock. The rock soon begins to take the shape of a fairly large humanoid figure, and for the sake of making things interesting, his name was Rocky.
"Let's play, shall we?"
His tone was firm, gracefully and elegantly, Stiles did two front flips until he landed on the left shoulder. Throwing his hand up, he signals Rocky to take full pursuit. It traveled fairly quickly, nothing to overwhelmingly fast, but fast for a giant made of large stone.
With rocky on a frontal assault, large spikes suround the child in a semi-circle formation, they point towards his back, impaling him on their sharp edge. His blood was leak on the tip, and run along the rugged edges of the contorted and manipulate Earth. For caution measures, Stiles jumps off Rocky's shoulder, landing about mid-range from the scene, while Rocky is directly infront of him, practically in arms reach.

As Neji would protect himself from the lightning, he witnesses a large stone golem erupt from his mouth. When the large rock warrior begins running towards him, Neji's Byakugan detects a surge of earth chakra running through the ground. "Hmph.."
Ready to dodge the incoming Doton jutsu, Neji preforms the one necessary hand seal and then channel said chakra into his right leg. After doing so, he creates a fire pillar that carries him five meters into the air [which makes him avoid the earth spikes] and the fire then detaches from the ground. Then, while in the air, Neji immediately does a quick front flip, followed by an aerial drop kick. After performing the drop kick, the long pillar of fire slams onto the golem and incinerates the stranger.

As Neji is still in the air, and while his opponent is dealing with the fire pillar coming down on him, Neji then gathers his fire chakra and molds it inside of his stomach while simultaneously weaving the necessary one hand seals [Due to his mastery in fire]. After doing so, he releases several super-heated fireballs. Momentarily, the fireballs rain down on the target from above causing severe, widespread damage and explode upon contact with the ground.

Watching the display of movements closely, his lips begin to bend into a sinister smile. His lust for blood was certainly overwhelming, his blood boiled to excitement, a challange, what he longed for. Stiles' doesn't move an inch, he remains upon the shoulder until the man is within three meters of Rockey himself. Now with quick haste a handseal is formed, his cheeks expand as he kneads chakra within his mouth, he spews a thin stream of dense water that collides with the fiery leg, severing it from it's host. The flame remains active, jumping upward then blowing himself back, he does to summersaults before landing gracefully in a patch of grass below. To surprise, Rocky is destroyed, turns out the attack remain active even after the seperation. Stiles shakes his head in pity, a sacrifice to win a game of chess, that's what his earthly companion was.
Neji's body would spew blood from the spot where the leg was ruthlessly cut off, Stiles would watch with full attention, his eyes don't miss a single squirt the wound lets out.
"I guess you couldn't stand it"
Since you evaded the spikes before my dear friend Rocky could get there, Stiles would remain on his shoulder, giving me ample time to wait for you to descend; leaving yourself open.

I'm assuming you slashed in a diagonal direction, since you mention only my leg being cut off.

As Neji would perform his fire technique, his Byakugan sees that the stranger is beginning to build up a high amount of chakra in his mouth as they would weave a tiger hand seal. ~Dammit, I left my leg vulnerable..~ Realizing how he can't just cancel out just cancel out his flame technique in such a short time frame and how he'd have a troubling time trying to maneuver in mid air, Neji decides to use the momentum in his right leg from performing the dropkick to slightly accelerate said downwards [The fire misses you on purpose hits the floor beside you] which causes him to lean his upper body forward (towards you) & lower body downwards. When he does this, the Suiton technique casted by the stranger makes contact with the side of Neji's face & makes a diagonal 5 inch laceration on his chin, up to his right cheek bone. The Hyuga gives out a quick moan of pain, as he sees the stranger oddly gain some distance from him via wind technique.
While the fire would fade from his leg, Neji builds up a small bit of chakra in his lungs as he glares in the direction of this sly shiobi. Within moments, the Hyuga exhales with a moderate bit of pain but blast himself across the flowing river and lands on the edge of the riverbed below him [mid range from you now]. Falling to one knee in moderate pain, Neji chuckles, "Heh, you actually got me, little bastard! I bet you're just reveling right now, aren't you? Well then, time for me to get serious."

Rising up, Neji simply stares at the stranger without saying a word. Almost immediately and without warning, he reaches in his ninja pouch and takes out a flash bomb and throws it in front of him and blinds Neji's adversary in the process. Right when this happens, Neji first inhales and then begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra while weaving the four needed hand seals with great speed [due to his Secondary Wind specialty]. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra and proceeds to mold said chakra and uses nature manipulation to create futon. Ready to perform the technique, Neji releases the Wind while turning his head in many directions. When this happens, he sends multiple blades of wind that travels towards the stranger and his Golem. As the stranger deals with the imcoming Serial Waves, Neji goes on the offensive again. Shifting over five meters to his left, the Hyuga Obito begins to concentrate as he is mustering up his chakra. As he is doing this, he builds up us a pretty sufficient amount of his chakra in his right fist. After doing so, he uses nature manipulation to vibrate the built up chakra to increase its frequency; molding said chakra into natural lightning and creates a surge of raiton over his right hand. When Neji is finished building up his lightning chakra, he sends the lightning up into the clouds and sends it back down towards thr stranger & guides into their spinal cord to paralyze them significantly and prevent movement.

As Neji would perform his fire technique, his Byakugan sees that the stranger is beginning to build up a high amount of chakra in his mouth as they would weave a tiger hand seal. ~Dammit, I left my leg vulnerable..~ Realizing how he can't just cancel out just cancel out his flame technique in such a short time frame and how he'd have a troubling time trying to maneuver in mid air, Neji decides to use the momentum in his right leg from performing the dropkick to slightly accelerate said downwards [The fire misses you on purpose hits the floor beside you] which causes him to lean his upper body forward (towards you) & lower body downwards. When he does this, the Suiton technique casted by the stranger makes contact with the side of Neji's face & makes a diagonal 5 inch laceration on his chin, up to his right cheek bone. The Hyuga gives out a quick moan of pain, as he sees the stranger oddly gain some distance from him via wind technique.
While the fire would fade from his leg, Neji builds up a small bit of chakra in his lungs as he glares in the direction of this sly shiobi. Within moments, the Hyuga exhales with a moderate bit of pain but blast himself across the flowing river and lands on the edge of the riverbed below him [mid range from you now]. Falling to one knee in moderate pain, Neji chuckles, "Heh, you actually got me, little bastard! I bet you're just reveling right now, aren't you? Well then, time for me to get serious."

Rising up, Neji simply stares at the stranger without saying a word. Almost immediately and without warning, he reaches in his ninja pouch and takes out a flash bomb and throws it in front of him and blinds Neji's adversary in the process. Without a word, as the Hyuuga begins to descend to the ground, once he is about two feet from the surface, Stiles focuses his chakra underneath him, creating multiple large spikes, capable of impaling even that of a summon. Neji falls and is impaled by a large spike, going right through his stomach. His blood would splurt in multiple directions, but eventually, the bleeding halts. If he wasn't dead, he would be if he were to said spike, causing the blood in his body to rush out of the gaping wound and flow like a river upon the ground.
Stiles stands and watches with obvious enjoyment, his eyes never leave the scene. The image of the young boy being mutilated by himself gave him a sense of peace, he did warn him afterall.

His voice was grim, yet it still held a soft tone within the harshness of his assertive attitude. With a finger motion, Rocky's movements are halted and he begins to trot back to his place beside his master. Once there, even he turns to watch the pathetic display.

Falling down to the ground, Neji sees a surge of chakra run through the ground once more. <Sigh> When will he ever learn... As he watches the oncoming Doton attack from his enemy rise up from the gorund, Neji spreads his arm like a bird & uses his body to create momentum and starts to spin. While doing so, immediately, Neji pushes chakra out of all his 361 tenketsu and then begins to spin faster and faster creating a dome-like shield. As the shield is still up, it makes contact with the rising attack and destroys it completely. When he stops spinning, he immediately lands on one of the destroyed pillars with his right leg, before performing a back flip off of it like a boss. "Go on, keep wasting your chakra on those Earth techniques of yours. The name's Hyuga, Neji Hyuga. And your name?"

His voice was clear and stear, his eyes darted through the now messy landscape. With a puff of smoke, an exact replica of his likiness appeared to his aid, a doppleganger you would say. Stiles gave a subtle nod before another puff apeared on his left, two copies. Both of them looked onward with content and dermination, all while the original gently plops on Rocky's palm.
"Go"
With a single word, an absolute command, they lunged forward and extended their opposite hands to eachother. Sparks and lightning begin to materialize from there respective hands, then a chain of lightning connects the two by chakra. If uncountered, the clones would run through and bisect Neji, leaving both his halves to slowly drain the blood into the grass.

The golem's hand rises into the sky so Stiles' body would be about, five feet of the ground, all so he could get a better view of course.
