Resizing Images/Avatar Request

I would like the following images to be resized to 150x200 so they can be used as an avatar.

Oh, and if you resize it, is it possible for you to make it like my current avatar? A slideshow type avatar?

If possible, either have it uploaded to photobucket or your NB album so I can see it. I just assume that some websites out there I won't be able to see the pictures, as sometimes I cannot see some images.
