Requesting an Avatar of Orochimaru out here.

Hello guys,
Can you make a dotted bordered long (vertically) avatar of Orochimaru with one of his green snakes with him for me.
If you see my current avatar then I want like that only (Not that same picture) but my pic is too hazy and Orochimaru's face can't be recognized too god.
If you can make a gif of him from close face view (not very close) with his smile. Just the graphics should be good which is very hard to find for Orochimaru.

I understood thanks for all the ideas but is there no avatar with his real face in it. All the avas you people showed me either have a fake face or animated of the anime face. Now I am really shy to ask anymore avas.

Do you want a manga image or an anime image or a fan art image?

Do you want an action scene or a pose or a full body picture?

You know an easy way to make your own Avatar is go find an image you want on google, save it to your picture folder, go to MS Paint and open the picture, go to tools and click resize then make it the dimensions required by the site, add any design to it you want, resave as "picture title_Avatar" then upload it.
