I Realise this dosen't have this much info. this was just kind of a very quick analysis, sorry for it being so plain and boring.
We don't know that much detail on jugo's background as he was one of Orochimarus lab rats, Jugo was known for having an immense anger problem as for when he changed into his "Curse Mark Final stage" Nobody around him was safe as it changed his mind and made him not realise who whe was going to attack. During his Teenagehood, it is said that Jugo once took out an entire village aswell as its inhabitants due to his curse mark which made him go complete rampant. Months after the incident jugo was Disturbed in many ways and took his way to decide to go and live in caves where nobody would disturb him thus angering him, This ofcourse stopped when he was came across by another one of orochimaru's lab rats "Kimmimaro", After this meeting this is where Jugo agreed to become an Experiment.

Abilities / Special Traits:
In Naruto shippuuden, Jugo is able to communicate with the animals of nature such as - Birds. He is a master in this as he is smart enough to have them help him on difficult Tasks.
Clan Traits:
Like his fellow clansmen, jugo has the unique ability to innate and absorb enemy from his opponents, in doing this jugo is rewarded with continuous surges of power for a limited amount of time, It makes his body incredibly strong as we saw when he took a direct hit from "A" in his lightning Clad. Although the downside of this is that it makes him go complete nuts and bezerk.
Curse Mark:
Jugo Takes us different form when using his curse mark During Midway through shippuuden with his first meeting with sasuke and suigetsu, jugo is seen taking a form with a Huge almost claw looking weapon on the end of his hand.
Jugo's Curse mark is very different to many others during shippuuden, Jugo's decides to take whatever form best suits the situation, when fighting A jugo uses Huge energy boosters thus firing from blank rage would disindigrate anything in its path, but A was too quick. Jugo thinks of himself as one of the higher ups in orochimarus experiments as he claims anybody else infected with this is either "Stealing" Or is a mere copy of himself.

Throughout the Anime Jugo has seen to be not very intelligent due to the most of the time him being in "Curse mark mode" as this enables his actions to think and realise what hes doing.
