How much reputation does it take to give you the extra green bar? I had 93 points total when I posted this but I still have one bar.

What's with the chakra and health?

It's about the RP. Meaning the number of posts determines how much Chakra and Health you will have in a battle.
OP: You need 100 posts to get 2 rep bars.

Well I'm pretty sure it's every 100 points gets you a rep. You start off with 1 bar, 100 points=2 bars, 200 points=3, 300 points=4, 400 points=5, 500 points=6 and so on...
