When member delete their post, does the reputation point obtained for that post is erased from sum reputation?

No, it will not be deleted. The reputation comment will only vanish, the points will remain however.

As people above me already said you won't lose your rep points even if the thread or post from which you gained that rep gets deleted however the reputation comment'll be gone.
