I know that different members of NB have different reputation power.
I read on a different thread that the max is 50 and usually grims have that...
but I now have over 800 post and my rep power is still 1.....
When does this change and is there a specific "level up" formula that the rep power follows?
Thanks!!

The amount of reputation that each user will give (or take away if negative) is shown in the user's posts as 'Reputation Power'. The value of the reputation power is determined by the administrator and may increase over time depending on the settings they have applied.

Register Date Factor - For every X number of days (365), users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power
Post Count Factor - For every X number of posts (2000), users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.
Reputation Point Factor - For every X points of reputation(1000), users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power.

Why does it matter? It's just rep, not like you get to do anything special :|

Every 2000 times you post, Every 1000 rep points and every 365 days your rep power goes up by 1 also you can refer to the FAQ thread as it has all the info you need :D
