what do reps do exactly....? and how long do you have to wait or how many reps do you have to give out before repping someone again? also do neg reps subtract points?

and i think the negative ones do subtract from your total rep, idk about time probably a day or 2?

i think u have to rep seven or so other people before u can rep the same person twice it does what reputation does gives u more preference compared to others!!

It's never told how many reps you must give before you can rep someone again... the mods won't anwser it either^^ and neg reps substract points...

For the first question, reps are 'points' that you can get if someone likes your question of anwser...

well, they are actually "useless", but when you get 100 rep, you get 2nd green bar, like for example i got 2 bars cause i got more than 100 rep, you other guys on this thread have only 1, that means i am cooler than you all (jk)

when someone clicks on your green flag and approves, your 'plus' rep is added. After a certain amount of rep points(you can see in your user cp) you get an additional green bar/s at the bottom of your post (like you have, NarutovsGoku). I think 100 rep points for the 2nd bar, and an extra bar every 50 or 100 points later. Practically i'm not sure what it does, cuz its not like kumii

now as for repping people twice I think Zise told me you have to give rep to 15-20 other people first before repping again.
