No there's no limit, In case you didn't know what the green bars meant, they are your rep power. Every 100 positive reps you receive you get an extra bar every 2000 posts you made, 365 days you have been here, or every 1000 reputation points you have received (you can view your power.points in user cp) will give you a full rep bar.
0-99 = 1 bar

100 =2 bars

200 = 3 bars

300 =4 bars

400 = 5 bars

500 = 6 bars

700 = 7 bars

900 = 8 bars

1100 = 9 bars

1300 = 10 bars

1500 = 11 bars

if you leave your cursor on the green power bars you can see it gives a line about you on NB. It tells you how many rep points you need to get a new line etc.

[-250]:User can only hope to improve
[-10]:User has a little shameless behaviour in the past
[0]:User is an unknown quantity at this point
[10]:User is on a distinguished road
[50]:User will become famous soon enough
