rep is the little green bar under ur rank where it sais genin... to view this u need to go to user cp, if u want to give rep then u need to go to the little green flag and then click i aprove and give a reason if u want to rep is only something u normally get from people by making a worthy and respectfull comment/making a gd point... or sometimes just for fun... other than that there is no real use behind it

its basically just how "respected" you are on the site, tbh it means nothing but it can affect how people view you on the site.

It only becomes a problem when you have a red rep bar.

You click the green flag above a persons post if you think that post has been helpful or you approve of it. You click user CP to see how much rep you have . The green bar at the bottom of your profile shows the rep(for every 100).

Personally, i think they should take the rep bar off because then you have people disliking others just cuz of a red color bar. In other words, the site diverses because of this stupid rep bar.
