You can't just compare, say, RasenShuriken with Lightening Armor and say one is better than the other since they provide different strengths. As such, your comparison of Rotation, Wall Palm, and Twin Lions is flawed since their properties are different.

Also Hiashi says in the manga it's special because it's only passed down to the heirs. The manga> opinion.

Salty base think that if one technique is variation or derived from another they have same effect and range. I.E. FRS has the same effect and range as the Rasengan or Chidori Current as the normal Chidori.
