Replacing Kakashi

Who do you think will replace Kakashi?

More likely, Shikamaru Nara will be the next type of Kakashi, not as powerful, yet with time and Masashi's imagination he will think of a way to increase Shikamaru's battle skills/ninjutsu skills. Shikamaru to me will be a waste of a character, to be just sidelined every time when he's in cameo.

Shikamaru, is the non-sharingan user, yet uses his mind as a sharingan, analytically Shikamaru will make ninjas run in circles. He just needs more Jutsus! Shadow! Shikamaru becomes the shadows! Shadow Merging Jutsu!

the next Kakashi cpuld be Sasuke (if he allies with the village again and isn't imprisoned) or Neji (if he somehow doesn't stay dead)
These two are considered genuis among their peers, and when in combat do analize their enemies and think of stadegies tgo defeating ghem. (Though Sasuke has recently in battle relied more on his mangekyo's techniques than his analitical skill). They both have the potential to become the next kakash.
