Zabuza = bad guy then becomes good at time of death
nagato= bad then becomes good again at time of death
obito= Bad then becomes good by redeming
sasuke = bad then becomes a buddy of team 7
orchimaro=bad then becomes like a kind figure for sasuke untill now
madara= bad but he may redem (because hasirama told sasuke that madara is a kind and caring person he might change him)
Who is the villan here?

The Sasuke part is a little off...
Anyway, most of them are/were villains, sane ones, who are/were evil for a reason and not 'just because'.
Once they found out flaws in their thinking, they became "good" as you call it. ^^

Not sure about Madara and maybe sasuke too but I don't trust Orochimaru for S**H
