How do I give someone positive rep?

there are four buttons on the right upper side of the post
first one shows your gender
one shows if you are online or not
third one is to give rep

Click the green flag in the upper right corner of someone's post, then chose whether you approve(positive rep) or disapprove(neg rep).

If you want to give +Rep to a threadmaker, you can click the 'Thank You' Button (to the right of 'Quick Reply' Button)
