Reorder Konoha Teams

Okay going on everyones current status how would you re-order the konoha teams to make them balanced again. This includes rookie and jounin. So you have -
Naruto - Kakashi - Sakura - Sai
Shika - Ino - Chouji
Kiba - Shino - Hinata
Guy - Lee - Neji - TenTen

So you can make either teams of 3 or 4 (preferably 2 of each).
