Rentaro Satomi is a young teen of small frame and messy dark blue hair, with slightly slanted eyes and blue irises. His dark blue hair partially covers the whole of his forehead; reaching down below his eyes with a parted set of bangs untidily forming. Rentaro possesses thick sideburns connected to his hair which hang loose around his cheekbones on either side. Further; several strands of his unkempt hair, having gaps in several locations, arch around his thin eyebrows and hover on top of his thick eyelashes. His nose serves as roof to thin lips and a small jawline. He has small ears and normal-sized feet. Despite he being a ninja, Rentaro shows no scars in any visible part of his body.
Rentaro dons a black suit covering his body entirely. The jacket, which he leaves open with solely one button connecting the two sides in the center, displays a much lighter color in the inside; resembling the color light blue. On the right side, there's a strap of the same light blue color linearly craved from the collar of the jacket to the bottom. Additionally, the inner collar displays thin black lines similar to the ones on the strap. Underneath the jacket, there is a notable white shirt with a large turtle neck held together by a black tie around his neck. Around his wrist, Rentaro keeps the large blue cuff, with a small white line circling around the middle, folded accordingly. The shirt underneath the jacket is kept in messy standards, as one of the sides is inside the pants whilst the other is left out in the open. Rentaro's lower body is sheltered by a pair of pants that are held around his waist by a blue belt with a small white line encompassing around the center; serving as a form of adornment. The back of the black pants show two pockets, each serving as inventory for his wallet containing his ninja license. He travels around in high black shoes that have a much lighter color at the bottom.

Personality | 性格
Rentaro, whilst seemingly low-tempered, is a loving young boy that, despite public view, treats everyone; Jinchūriki included, as equal. He cares for people like no other, and people are drawn to him because of that. When defenseless people are hurt, he goes into a state of rage towards the attacker or a state of complete defense for the person. Both of his parents died on a mission when he was young, though he refuses to believe they are dead and simply got terribly lost and were surviving somewhere else, looking desperately for him. Rentaro shows, however, anger when spoken to of his dead parents. When a friend of his named Kisara inquisitively questions his ambition to "find" them, he burst out into a cry of vivid fury and abruptly leaves her without saying another word. He sometimes portrays lack of confidence when it comes to his skills as a fighter, even to the point of once dropping a mission given to him by the Gyojin higher ups. Even so, when faced with threats greater than him, Rentaro retains his calm nature and gains the strength he needs to protect the ones he cares for.

Rentaro Satomi Gyojin was born to two strong Gyojins who were known for their abilities to fight on land. Rentaro's parents died when he was very young, leaving him no place to go because the location of the Gyojin's village was unknown to him because he was just a baby. A man found him lying in the grass, rain pouring down on his face. The man looked around and saw no parents. He brought him to Amegakure, where he was trained in the ways of the ninja.
Years later the man who brought him to Amegakure revealed himself as a member of the Gyojin clan and told Rentaro of his descent and the location of the Gyojin village. Rentaro now exists in the Gyojin village and Amegakure.
While living in Amegakure, Rentaro met many friends like Trunks, Sado, Vegeta, Wan, Fuu, Toph, Korra, Pain, and many many more. During the revamp of squads, Rentaro was appointed to work with Wan and Vegeta. Rentaro spent many hours honing his skills against Vegeta and Wan, sparring them by the daily to sharpen his skills. The three got along together very well, and have thus formed the new and (maybe) improved Squad 1 (completely more skilled and better than Squad 1 v1.0 consisting of Vegeta, Edward, and Penguin >___O' ).
Soon after the squad was created, they set off to the Dawn Tavern for their first mission. After traveling for 12 hours exactly, Vegeta, Rentaro, and Wan (who was also carrying everything) arrived. Very quickly a man named Kakuzu began to talk to Rentaro in weird and suspicious ways. Disliking the situation, Rentaro left the tavern and traveled back to the land of rain while Vegeta took out the suspicious guy >__> .
It had been a while since the Dawn Tavern mission, but something had finally come up. Konoha had shown up on Amegakure's front door and attacked. Kenshiro, a stand in for Vegeta, combated against a powerful shinobi known as Nagato Uzumaki. The fight was long and blood was shed. Both died in the battle. Amegakure joined forces with Iwagakure and fought back. Rushing to Konoha, they demanded answers. For what reason had Kenshiro lost his life? It was not long before Rentaro was facing an opponent of his own, a man by the name of Obito Uchiha. After a long battle, Rentaro was crowned the victor. A man by the name of Priest appeared, another shinobi of Konohagakure. This man was not like any opponent he had ever faced though. Priest defeated Rentaro with ease, almost killing him.
Time passed and an ex-member of Amegakure appeared at the village. He brought news of an upcoming tournament to be held in the Land of Fang, hosted by a man named Susano'o. Eager for an opportunity to test his skills once again, Rentaro headed off with Vegeta to the Land of Fang. They arrived hours before anyone else, and were greeted by an old friend of Vegeta named Jio Otsutsuki. Rentaro easily connected with Jio, and he now considers him a friend. Other shinobi began to appear at the castle which the participants were meeting, including Trunks, Pain, Tobirama, and Wan. Jio announced how the tournament was going to work, facing and defeating a pre set opponent outside the castle by the forrest would provide access to the coliseum, where the next phase of the tournament would apparently be hosted. Realizing who his opponent was, Rentaro had mixed feelings. He was to face his comrade, his squad mate, his friend. Rentaro vs. Wan.
Rentaro woke in his bed, unsure what had happened to the tournament. It was almost like the Ninja World had changed, and the tournament was taken as an offering to it, or something anyway (lol). During this time, Rentaro managed to defeat one of the Gyojin on the council back in his home village during a test, awarding him with a new rank, Mazu. A few days passed and Rentaro realized that the tournament would have quenched a newfound thirst for adventure, but due to whatever happened, it was cancelled. Rentaro wanted to see the world, or at least something new. He also needed to find his parents, or find out what happened to them, and he was making no progress in Amegakure. After a long time spent pondering, he made a decision. Rentaro packed his bags, pulled up his hood, and left the land that always cries. It was fitting that he shed a tear in that land as he left. All Rentaro left in Amegakure was his umbrella, and a note that said
Rentaro arrived at the lands of Iwagakure, and settled in easily. These people were as kind as his comrades in Amegakure, though admittedly, a little goofier. Honestly, Rentaro needed that. A few weeks past, and a group of ninja from Kumogakure arrived. They assaulted the village and killed multiple people. Rentaro soon enough found himself face to face with a shinobi named "Yamato". Yamato and Rentaro locked into battle, eventually leaving the Gyojin as the victor.
Months past and nothing too exciting had come around, but everything changed when the fire nation attacked John and Rentaro decided that a rematch between them was long overdue...

Gyojin Rank: Mazu
The Gyojin clan share some basic abilities related to their genetic traits, such as: their incredible physical abilities (about 2 times stronger and 1.5 times faster then a regular human), a naturally occurring mucoprotein (common to fish) that is both a protection against bacterial infections but also a natural insulator, the ability to breathe underwater, an uncommon resistance to C-rank and under water techniques, and finally incredible swimming speed. After ranking up to Mazu, Rentaro gained the ability to preform water techniques of B rank and below without the need of handseals. Rentaro is also able to sense bodies of water and everything inside of water sources.
