Think about it... first the sharingan is weaker than Mangekyo sharingan (this was even proven by Itachi vs Sasuke fight ), then Eternal Mangekyo sharigan vs Rennigan (Eternal Mangekyo sharingan wins): Itachi vs Nagato (although itachi had only a mangekyo sharigan). wait a minute, is it just me who can clearly see that the famous Rinnegan that Sage of six path himself had is way weaker than the eternal mangekyo sharigan? why? and according to the manga, rennigan advanced the mangekyo sharigan? it seems pretty clear to me that the one possessing the Rinnegan alone is way weaker than the one with Eternal Mangekyo sharingan. what do you think?

Which we can't assume is true, nagato's chakra level was completely drained when he used it upon Konoha.

It depends on how much chakra he channels through his path and increase the impact force of the shinra tensei, the more power he puts in the attack, the longer the delay...pain was also exhausted at that point. The CT took a heavy toll on him, he fought six tailed Nardo on almost equal grounds.

The manga itself states its superior of the all the three doujutsu's, and one step forward of the evolution Of EMS into the rinnegan after absorbing senju DNA, Madara awoke it by the end of his life span....rinnegan> EMS ....Nagato was crippled and being manipulated by Kabuto. Just cause Naruto lost to itachi once means he loses every fight against him? Correct?

Itachi stated himself "only a person with eyes like mine (MS) can defeat me" which counts a no limit fallacy and some people would consider that as a fact, just cause the manga said so....
