k but, the manga states that since Madara obtained the EMS he's been using it to tame the Kyubi ever since. And we can't confirm that Sasuke will or won't get the Rinnengan yet.

Sasuke doesn't have the rinnegan and he probably won't get it, and if Naruto manage to combine both SM and KM I don't think that there will be a character able to stop that, and btw sasuke doesn't have enough stamina to fight Naruto if he manage to combine both SM and KM.

alright just bcuz madara ems can tame the nine tails does not mean sasuke ems can do the same,plus it is very unlikely that sasuke will get the rinnegan,and i think you need senju dna to get the rinnegan correct me if im wrong.

I'm not sure about this. I don't recall the manga/anime saying you need Senju DNA to obtain the Rinnengan. +If this is essential to wield the Rinnengan, there could be a potential possibility that Sasuke may be able to meet this requirement one way or another.

So yeah, let's leave it at that. It's unconfirmed whether Sasuke'll get the Rinnengan or not.
