Appearance: Renji is a tall man, 6"2 in stature and 172lbs with an athletic, highly toned build. He has brown eyes and long crimson red hair, which is usually kept in a high ponytail. His upper body is covered in tribal tattoos, which have increased over time, starting from his early days as an academy student to covering his entire back, much of his chest, his extremities, and even much of his forehead. He wears a standard Shinigami outfit, though he usually includes some sort of headgear, usually expensive glasses, or a white headband when he is saving up to purchase some new glasses.
While out of uniform, Renji often wears a white kimono-like type of night clothing, with pink floral patterns on it, and a dark grey sash tied around his waist.
He has also been known to wear a white t-shirt with his nickname 'Red Pineapple' written across its front.
Personality: Renji is quite dynamic. His personality varies from smug and cocky to disquieted and depressed after a major defeat, but shows himself to be an incredibly serious and determined fighter when confronted with an actual threat. Willing to fight, kill, and die for whatever he believes in, Renji is a dangerous man to those who stand in his way. Renji is determined to surpass all he sees as better than him, and it's this determination that drives Renji to grow stronger as both a person and as a shinobi.
On a more personal and 'unimportant note', Renji likes taiyaki (a popular fish-shaped pancake usually filled with sweet bean paste), and has a dislike for spicy food.
He is a keen 'Futsal' player and has some unusual obsession with sunglasses, owning too many pairs to count.

Background Information
History:
Renji was born into the Inuzuka clan in konoha, but as a young, 5 year old child he was traded to Kiri for some Noob, probably named venom or some shit. When he got to Kirigakure he registered into the ninja academy and only a year later he graduated, but was only the fifth ranked in his class. As a 6 year old genin, Jio was put on the most lame missions but always enjoyed what he did. After a few months of successfully passing every mission given to him, a shinobi named Mystogan trained him in his affinity; lightning. He quickly picked up on the element and mastered it with quite ease.
After that, a shinobi named Kerrah-Senpai taught him wind, teaching the element with the utmost detail and skill.
The third element he learned was earth, which was taught to him by a sage mode user named Cobalt. He also picked up on this element with relative ease, coming up with numerous defenses and attacks with the element...
Later in his life he learned fire from Hellsbadass, though the guy took forever and always vanished on him
His last element was water which was taught to him by one of his closest teachers; Solf J. Jumbled. After being beat by Solf and learning water from him, Renji vowed to kick that ass with water one day..
Along with the elements Renji learned Ninjutsu from Adachi, Genjutsu from Gobi, Kenjutsu from Nemo, and Taijutsu from his close friend Gin! Along his travels around the ninja world he also learned personally made skill sets by friends and shiz. At one point him and his rival Yashiro hosted a tournament of teachers/Senpai which included lots of skilled shinobi that were highly dangerous. At the end of the tournament, Renji was declared the victor, and in return one of the participants named vex offered to teach him his Nintaijutsu style.
He also met Lili-chwan, one of the most powerful and skilled shinobi to exist. She got to know him a little and allowed him to sign her personal summoning contract, the Cubozao.. He also decided to wife her up.. >.> Oh and he went to Ame at some point, kicked some ass and learned their Hidden ability Rain release...
After getting most of his skills and jutsu honed, Renji has started his path to be the Sage of War. u.u
