--Wraith is a small young woman of average height with fair a complexion and --is athletically toned. She has light blue eyes and long, dark hair reaching --------down past her shoulders she keeps tied up with strands that frame her face, tucked behind her ear on the left side, and cropped bangs that falls over her forehead. She most commonly wears gear which consists of a black and purple top and long dark trousers, buckled at the waist with a belt. They are also topped by a protective outer jacket and trousers. Parts of her outfit are coated with purple lines. Wraith also wears a neck protector, protective gloves, black boots and occasionally a helmet.
Despite Wraith's calm and driven exterior when on mission, she can show signs of playful humour and lightheartedness. She is also very courteous to her fellow team-mates and people she meets for the first time. Though a kind-hearted person, she has the exterior of a capable fighter. Wraith also likes using her ability for fun, as she shows enjoyment in creating water creatures, and to comically cry when they get destroyed by enemies or her own teammates. Despite her reluctance to hurt others, she will brutally kill and dispatch enemies with ruthless efficiency to defend herself and those she cares about when pushed.

History


"There's a thin line between life and death. You'll find me there."

Renee was born to Thermidor and Lilium in the Northern Snow Tribe following the death of the pervious reincarnation of her life. Her family lived in a small house in the outskirts of Wolf Cove. At the age of four, she proudly introduced herself to the tribe as the new Wraith Avatar by performing a partial spiritual merge before them. She trained with her mother and elder learning ninjutsu and the various fighting forms that others in the village had been trained in. Wraith was naturally gifted in the Water Release Ninjutsu, but also learnt that she had a knack for Paper ninjutsu as well, being able to manipulate Paper within short range freely without any handseals. On top of this, Wraith grew stronger each year, settling in to become one of the strongest in her village, eventually outclassing and being stronger than the adults and masters within her tribe. It was at age 16 that Wraith set out to travel the world on her own to discover more about the world. Travelling to the various lands, she learnt more about the other elements, mastering Fire, Earth, Wind and even Lightning Ninjutsu. Wind would prove the hardest to master as the very nature of the element itself would conflict with her own personality.
When travelling the world, Wraith learnt more in the ways of healing and medicine, taking what she had learnt from her mother in the tribes up north and combining it with the medicines and knowledge from other parts of the world. Wraith quickly became a prodigy when it came to medicine, creating several of her own techniques for healing as well. This would lead Wraith to study the aspect known as Yang Energy and its connection to physical energy and life force. After much study and practice, Wraith additionally also became a master of manipulating Yang energy as well.

Apex Tracker

With more heightened senses, the user is capable of gaining a now increased x2.5 tracking. This allows him to physically track faster movement without chakra sensory.


Chakra Fortification

The user can add an additional effective 10 Chakra to an element or skill they specialize in, though not at any increased cost or strain to the user. This simply allows their techniques to have 10 more chakra infused into them.


Yang

Users will gain heightened vitality translating to 1000 chakra increase to their natural reserves. As well, they are immune to recoil damage from techniques that cause it like Forbidden, though they still succumb to the jutsu's other subscribed affects.


Origami Master

The user is capable of creating Paper techniques with paper tags interwoven, increasing damage by 20.


Apex Handseal Specialist (Water)

You can perform techniques of the skill you chose to specialize in without the usage of handseals, though you must still perform complimentary and logical body movements related to the technique. This applies even if said jutsu does not have specific movements detailed in its description.


Doctor

The user is able to have an additional poison on their bio not counting towards their Supplies. In addition to this, the user’s medical healing abilities are enhanced, healing an effective 20 additional health each use. This does not apply to Kekkei Genkei or Yang based healing.


Emerald Mogu Gauntlets

The Emerald Mogu Gauntlets is the name of the twin fist weapons that has been passed down for generations between ninja. This weapon set has been word for centuries, each ninja upgrading and perfecting the gauntlets making them a fine and dangerous tool for close quarters combat. Learning from an early age that each medic should still be proficient in defending themselves, Wraith currently wears them which hinder her in no way performing any techniques.

Wraith wields a number of Scientific Tools, each serving a different purpose in battle that allows her to gain an edge over whomever she may face.

Description: Tailed Beast Pills are pills that have been engineered to create Bijuu like transformations in the user. These pills, containing small amounts of Bijuu chakra, grant the user unique Bijuu like augmentations to their physical form as well as ninjutsu. However, because of the process to create these drugs and being prototypes, the user cannot determine which Bijuu traits he has gained. This is determined when obtained, generated by the moderator who approved the transaction. However, these pills are not without issue, causing drawbacks after the pills' effects wear off. It is also possible to overdose on these pills, gaining higher gains at more damaging results to the body.
When taken, the user gains a faint chakra shroud reminiscent of Naruto’s original fox shroud against Sasuke with 1 to 3 tails, though this does not denote which Bijuu’s influence the pills carry. This references the pills taken, increasing per pill. Once a pill has been taken, one of the following 6 effects will trigger.
Shukaku’s Storm: The user’s Ninjutsu release a non damaging mid range sandstorm, reducing opponents within it base tracking by 2 and landmark range by 1. Increases base reduction by 2 per pill and opponent landmark tracking range by 1 per pill as the storm increases.
Matatabi’s Tempest: The user’s Spiritual techniques cause spirit burn, dealing 10 additional damage for 2 turns from burns. Increases 1 turn per pill.
Isobu’s Hurricane: The user’s defense Ninjutsu carry coral, increasing their defense by 20. Increases 10 damage per pill.
Son’s Eruption: The user’s offensive jutsu carry lava, increasing their damage by 20. Increases 10 damage per pill.
Han’s Geyser: The user’s traversing jutsu increases his base speed when in use by 2. Increases 2 ranks per pill.
Kukuo’s Slime: The user’s projectiles attacks release acid up to 3 meters away on contact, spreading damage evenly without reducing the damage. Increases 4 meters per pill.
However, unlike other pills, the drawbacks associated with these are stronger than others. Regardless of the pill taken, after it ends the user suffers 30 damage to their person as well as injury to their chakra network, preventing use of S ranks and higher for two turns. This rank restriction increases by 1 rank and 1 turn per additional pill as well as 30 additional damage that cannot be mitigated or reduced in any way.

Description: A cyborg attachment to the user's body, the user has a robotic limb that allows for him to create spheres of energy that are capable of absorbing chakra up to S rank level. These spheres are capable of dealing brute force on impact as well, growing to large heights, up to 4 meters in radius. Starting at roughly rasengan size, these spheres grow proportionally to the size of the technique absorbed. Normal Ninja are able to make use of one of these devices via specialized gloves that allow them to absorb 1 Ninjutsu per turn up to S rank while Cyborgs have these attachments and are able to absorb up to Forbidden powered attacks and 1 from each arm per turn.
Note: Can be used a max of 3 times for Ninja and 5 for Custom Cyborgs.

Description:
The Banshee's Wail is a special set of in-ear defenders that were made for the purpose of mimicking the Sound Ninjutsu known as Inner Sonar, but to a much more advanced level. By using technology fitted within the defenders, the user can decipher where and what happens around them with pinpoint precision without the need to use their breathing for the technique. When the device receives any vibrations of sound, it can calculate where it had come from, and by sending a harmless current into the users inner ear, can allow them to "feel" where or what happened without actually seeing it. The device itself also has built in dampeners that allow it filter out any extreme noise above certain thresholds that would be damaging to the user while also being able to filter out any noise that may affect the users balance through manipulation of sound.

-Can filter 60 damage worth of Sound jutsu per turn
-Last up to 4 turns per activation and can only be activated twice.

Description:
While most of the world developed using technology, a small cut off corner of civilisation found an alternate source of power to use to evolve and create their technology. Steam power created wonders and allowed the civilisation to flourish as much as any other technological society.
The user custom fits their technology to work based off a small fuel cell within the technology itself. This cell is two small seals placed opposite each other. One producing a small flame while the other produces a stream of water. The bigger the tech, the larger the seals able to be used and the more of the fire or water that id able to be let out. Technology that requires drainage of chakra from the user allows them to constantly funnel chakra into these seals or one off uses activate like an on off switch for these seals. Once activated the seals are turned on.
User who have steam punk technology have a uniquely looking style of technology compared to regular technology, mostly with more gears, steam and brass. The advantage of steam based technology compared to regular technology is that it cannot be shorted out by electricity or EMP based devices. High powered raiton based techniques can take out steampunk creations, however they require one addition rank or +20 damage for S rank steampunk creations.
If hit by a fire attack of the same rank, this will super charge the steampunk technology creation, increasing its rank by 1 or damage by 20, for 2 turns.
The disadvantage however is that should a steampunk creation come into contact with an equal rank technique of water, this will cool down the technology, causing it to shut down and be unusable for 2 turns until it sufficiently heats up again.
Should the user wish if they have this in their biography they are capable of summoning steampunk animals from their contracts. These animals follow the same rules, and still have the same abilities (following logical laws and reasoning. Eg snakes can have a container of venom inside their body and use needle like injectors to still use venom based techniques). Summoning work on a battery based system where they can only be activated for the 4 turns they are summoned before dispersing or powering down.
Note:
-If used for Ninja Tools other than Summonings, then it will have the same amount of uses logically, having the appropriate battery life. This does not extend or shorten uses or length of activations.
-Summoning still cost chakra to summon, this tech simply alters the summon from a biological organism to a mechanical one
-Summonings still last the same time as they normally would, either 4 turns normally or indefinite if a specialty.
- User can either place this in their bio, or at the start of a match, or when a summoning technique is used for reference

Description:
A simple small backpack type tool, this has several protrusions along the shoulder blade joints that stick out. From these the user can eject chakra to create wing like creations, that allow the user to float gently and softly. Within the backpack are rechargeable solar batteries that can hold 50 chakra.
The wings themselves are able to launch the user in a direction with a cost of 10 per range, meaning 10 for short, 20 for mid and 30 for long. At the cost of 10 chakra per turn the user can keep the wings active to float.
As a the battery itself cannot be charging while in use, meaning that while active it cannot recover chakra.
Notes:
-Should the user wish, they can funnel their own chakra into the tool. Activation of the pack will cost a move, however maintaining for floating is considered passive.
-Activation of wings can only be activated every other turn, meaning once activated it takes a turn to cool down before being activated again.
