Personality

Kouen is a tall and well-built man, appropriately muscled for a warriro of his renown, he has red narrow eyes and also red hair that is tied back into a small ponytail. One of his most notable features is his goatee, which he is proud of. He has thin eyebrows and sometimes wears a small Chinese headdress with a yellow gem in its center on his head. He dons traditional clothes that are mainly red, white and black in colour. The maroon belt he wears has a golden ornament of a beast on it, matching the metal pauldron on his right shoulder, which resembles the head of a lion.

Kouen is a calm and serious person who enjoys war. He wishes to increase both the power and territory of his village and also, to unite the Ninja world which will be ruled by a single king. He was shown to care a lot for his siblings before their death and he often thinks back on their personalities to help him make decisions. Besides this, Kouen can be sacrificial for the sake of his allies, although Kouen himself does not seek to rule over the Ninja World. He seeks only to place a King atop the world to prevent further calamities.

基礎的な情報 - Background Info

History

Kouen lived a rather uneventual childhood, raised in a privileged household he was aconsidered almost a 'Prince' of Sunagakure. He receieved anything he would ever need, tutored at home in sciences and the basics of leadership. He was raised to be a great warrior and commander for glory of the Sunagakure shinobi army. Due to this he quickly advanced in the combat classes, making a name for himself among his classmates and teachers. However once he began his missions he increasingly became disparaged with them, finding them meaningless and believing them to be beneath one such as he. His upbringing instilled a belief in Kouen believed he should be at the summit of all shinobi and he would do anything to see it become reality.

On his final mission for Sunagakure, Kouen was ferrying important information from the land of water back to the land of wind. It was a difficult and dangerous infiltration mission, one of the few worthy of Kouen. However the shinobi of the mist caught the infiltration team and quickly dispatched his allies, Kouen was impressed and turned to his innate bloodline limit of Scorch to turn the tide of the battle. Quickly leaving almost all of the Kirigakure shinobi as dried husks Kouen turned to the final enemy, poised to end his life Kouen complimented the Mist ninja on their strength lamenting that his village paled in comparison to theirs. The enemy shinobi seized the chance and spoke quickly to Kouen, attempting to convince the man to turn his back on Sunagakure, and to return with his to Kirigakure. There he could advance his power, there the village would assist him in reaching his goals. A smirk crept onto Kouens face as the Scorch tehnique faded, he helped his new ally onto his feet and has never looked back.

Abilities & Weapons

Kouen carries various ninja tools upon himself at all times so he is always ready for battle. This includes but is not limited to thick rubber soled shoes, wire, kunai, shuriken, paper & smoke and flash bombs etc, anything he would need while out in the ninja world. They are pre-prepared in various combinations for maximum versatility. He is also in constant possession of his custom weapon which is strapped across his lower back. On his fingers he wears several rings of different materials for use with some techniques, though they serve the dual purpose of displaying his previous station. These include diamond, titanium, copper, glass, magnesium, rubber, lead and granite.

He was born with the Scorch Kekkai Genkai, allowing him to reduce enemies who stand in his way to nothing but withered husks of their former selves. Fitting for the scum that would stand in the way of one such as Kouen. As one of the few ninja able to pinpoint anothers location through chakra alone, Ren Kouen's sensory abilites are razor sharp. In addition to this he has unlocked the Sage Mode taught by the snakes of Ryuchi Cave, allowing his to empower his body and techniques, lifting him to new heights. Kouen is also quite proficient in hand to hand combat or taijutsu, he has mastered the basic taijutsu combat available to all shinobi. Even to the extent that he has created her own fighting style, Mark of the Trickster, which he has begun building into a versatile style.
