In body but not in mind.

Sasuke views Naruto as someone who walks in front of him as Itachi once did.

Yeah no ,Sasuke definitely had a more mature and realistic mindset. Naruto's has only triumphed because he's the star of the show. Naruto's views would lead to very much a failur if done realistically.

Naruto walks in front of everyone :p
Still as for the roles that they played I would say that Naruto did take on the big brother role when Sasuke decided to leave.

Big Brother's do their best to look out for their siblings :bdpf:

So does sasuke's view would be triumphed.

Or do you really believe that killing all kages and killing all bijuus were realistic thinking ?

If sasuke's thought was really realistic then his deviant from that path makes him more unrealistic than any other anime character.

sasuke fappers follows sasuke blindly without thinking anything.

OT:

Naruto defeated that little annoying brother then make him follow his path otherwise sasuke was thinking of dying after his terrible defeat.

Actually, within the.series, ridding the world of the Bijuu was the realistic option.

Killing all Gokages was also realistic?

When BZ exposed the truth that he was the one who manipulated everyone and he was the reason for every ninja war then there was no point for sasuke to do that dumb shit.

Even After learning the truth, Sasuke's actions prove that sasuke is a unrealistic character

I disagree. His mindset was not mature even if his mindset is arguably as realistic as Naruto's.

Using the word, "realistically" is a fallacy as nothing they do should realistically work. Being tha martyr for the entire world to attain peace would make him no better than Madara. In fact, it would make him worse.

He'd be an immortal phantom that dictates all life and conflict. Except they wouldn't be in a dreamworld that gave them everything they wanted. It would be reality and a world that's literally suppressing human nature in all aspects.

Naruto is more unrealistic, even after all his experiences he remains pure and doesn't even change his mindset slightly? Sasuke changing veiws and aspirations regarding the circumstances of the situations shows more realism than anything.

Probably not. Killing them, no, but ridding the world of the Five Kage system is realistic since that caused so much destruction and conflict.

Alright, if you say so.

Elaborate.

Someowho never changes their perception & accepts everyone after all their wrong doings, even the murderer of his parents, is not realistic in the least. Realistically a person who endured as much a Naruto would be emotionally broken.

yeah, killing off everybody and ruling from shadows is more mature, definitely

because of such negativity(in your case realism) this world is as it is....screwed up

naruto`s way seems utopian only because we`ve been through so much mess and pain that we dont believe true peace or sth positive like that can be obtained...we`ve set our minds and beliefs on worse because of constant failures humanity had in that department and in our very mindsets we gave up on the possibility of reality being any better and so we believe it isnt realistic for it to be that perfect or good because we just dont believe it`s possible

but actually we determine the reality....with enough faith, striving and positivism anything can be changed and made for the better

just giving up on the idea of sth being ideal sets our very advancement backwards as a species and beings in general

any revolutionary eccentric and weird enough is right in the end,it`s just that the world in a majority isnt ready for such dramatic changes...time is what is needed...time to change the mentality and not always depend on a cruel outcome that we have set up in our minds as realistic

naruto may be just a manga and a story and it may seem unrealistic for our current time but i believe much can be learned from it and naruto`s way is the best to strive for in the end....understanding,love ad forgiveness will overcome control and power anyday

Normally I'd respond to this after actually reading through it all, but I'm on mobile so gimme till later.

Red:
Naruto's changed his perception a long time ago during the Pain Arc. You fail to understand how this applies to the death of his parents, the war arc and the series as a whole. But if you truly want me to elaborate, I will with my next post.

Blue:
You're completely right. Characters like Sasuke & Naruto shouldn't be sane in the slightest given how much they've endured physically and mentally. With that being said, whether you endure hardships or not makes or breaks your character in this series.

Naruto is the prime example of being able to endure on the highest spectrum. He's had to fight side by side with those who values he doesn't agree with, people who've previously tried or succeeded in harming the one's he cared about and much more.

Because of it. Naruto's able to break though and force a change in even the most lost cases. (Obito & Nagato & Gaara). These changes in these characters went on the change events within the series further providing that his mindset is most sound for the series. Which is expected as the main character. The only reason people see fault is because of that fact that people still believe Naruto Uzumaki is naive or that things would repeat the moment he dies. This isn't the case. The newest movie touches on the nature of shinobi and the world. Naruto states he looks for a way for the new generation to understand what it means to endure.

I believe Boruto (and Sarada) will be the one to lead this way of thinking throughout the new generation thus instilling the values Naruto and the ones before him strive to achieve.
