There are a couple members of my family who have served in the war before. One of them fought in ww1. I'm very grateful. Sadly there will always be wars..a vicious cycle...

We have one ww1 veteran, he is 108 =) I remember when I was younger there were quite a few..so many wars and yet not a lot are touched upon in school..

It takes true courage to lay your life on the line..I remember one veteran who was nick named "smokey" took down a german tank and a line of soldiers...amazing. It takes strength to walk away from a war and carry on in life.
