This fight wasn't the type of fight Naruto wanted with Sasuke.
Naruto didn't hold back, he still had to fight to defend himself despite not having any killing intent. Sasuke still didn't physically lose.

You seem to be very dumb. I just posted a manga scan saying how Naruto said this fight didn't have winners and losers and how he didn't want to fight Sasuke in this state. You still don't get that kid. Naruto still had to give his best as well to counter Sasuke otherwise he would be dead. Not having killing intent is not equal not trying at all.i guess you are not so smart to read my intent of posting that sentence ?

see, this is so simple, Naruto had to fight but tried not to kill, that is much harder than just making thousand of clones like he did with Kaguya then just blitz Sasuke who is far slower than Kaguya who got blitzed by Naruto once Naruto had a light killing intent :lol

Obviously it is you trying to catch the terrorist because you can't kill him and have to capture him alive, but he can take free shots at you.
I agree RSM Naruto's footspeed is greater than Rinnegan Sasuke's and this is excluding his S/T ninjutsu which is practically instant. When Sasuke used the 8.5 Bijuu to power up his Susanoo and fired the Indra's arrow, Naruto to defend himself had to gather a huge amount of NE with just Yin Kurama. Naruto is still trying to defend himself and it is true that he didn't use the Bijuu RS against Sasuke which he did use against Kaguya but Sasuke didn't use all of the paths and his sword either.
Defending oneself from a madman who is about to kill you takes energy as well and despite your bias towards one's character they will always be equal. Naruto was right about how this fight wasn't meant to have winners or losers, he simply wanted Sasuke to come out of the darkness and acknowledge him as his equal. That's all.
