If you don't count a movie which takes place 3 years in the future, yes she was final villain. Good villain probably not but she was the final villain

Sasuke came after her.

Lol read the latest info on The Last Movie.

And this is the first installment of a larger project. We mind as well call it Part 3.

They are BS(except getting Sexy Jutsu'd). My point is that she was written as a fodder instead of a final villain.

By that like logic The Dark Avatar in Legend of Korra was the final villain. Even though he was defeated by the end of season 2 out of a 4 season series, with several other villains that came afterwards.

XD

Final villain means the last villain which Kaguya wasn't. Sasuke came after and then that dude in the movie.

Sasuke is not really a villain, he is the perfect example of a conflicted deuteroganist. He had nothing to do with the main world-threatening plot of the villains, the moon's eye plan. Kaguya, Madara, Obito, Nagato etc. all are proper villains, Sasuke is not.

Nope. He's considered an anti-villain. Look up what means.

Doesn't matter if he has a world-threatening plot.

All of the main villains in Naruto can be called anti-villains, as they all have some kind of good intention, but try to fulfill them in an evil way.
Sasuke's role is different. He isn't part of the main villain plot, he had his own rival subplot with Naruto. He is the typical deuteroganist, who has a conflict with the main character, still fights alonside him against the main villain(s), but then has a last fight to settle these issues after the main conflict of the story (here: moon's eye plan) is over. It's a common constellation.

Doesn't matter if isn't part of the main villain plot. That has nothing to do with being a villain. What dictionary are you reading out of?
