Kabuto saved Sasuke and people like Obito, Gaara, Kakashi, Minato and Sakura created an opportunity for Obito and Sakura to save Naruto.

By my knowledge, Hagoromo only gave Naruto and Sasuke powers and knowledge.
He didnt revive Sasuke and Naruto didnt die.
